Based on the previous reviews, we were hesitant to stay here in our 25ft motorhome but we made it and we would stay here again if we were passing through.

The road pass the cattle guard likely gets washed out in heavy floods - there's a dip where the road seems to wash out from time to time but we were able to pass it with our motorhome. We did see another camper with a long 5th wheel make it out of there with some scraping but he made it out.

Yes, the locals and campers shoot guns against the mountains/hills but we felt safe during our stay.

We can't vouch for the cleanliness near the mountains/hills but closer to the highway was fairly clean.

The highway noise isn't terrible. It's a convenient, free site near Las Vegas.

Gorgeous sunsets & sunrises and cell reception was great.

Cell Reception:
1. Starlink - 93 Mbps / 27 Mbps / 30-80ms
2. AT&T - (LTE Band 66 -102dBm) - 95 Mbps / 19 Mbps / 50-70ms
3. T-Mobile - (5G Band n71 -76dBm) - 80 Mbps / 26 Mbps / 50-110ms
4. Verizon - (LTE) - 30 Mbps / 8 Mbps / 60-300ms

The park is very nice, clean and the sites were leveled. Despite being an older RV Park, the new management (Jonathan) is taking really well care of it. Very friendly and fast check-in. This is a smaller park with only 1 overall loop. It was not busy with travelers in February.

The bathrooms and laundry room were spotless. There are several long-term residents but everyone was clean and orderly. Everyone was essentially gone during the day to go to work and came back at night. Nights were also quiet. They are dog friendly and had doggy poop bags near the grassy areas.

I was told they have several PCT hikers during the hiking season. The area is pretty and lots of free camping available on public land. We stopped here after boondocking 10min away. I would definitely come back here if we were passing though the area. They do have a dump station.

The cell reception was great and we were able to make video calls for work.

We stayed here for a week while boondocking. It is literally minutes away from Kern ville or Lake Isabella.
We entered the area at this GPS location and had great luck with our sites, neighbors and views. (35.640664, -118.484248)

This area is free, there was a trash bin and a pit toilet at the entrance. There are several pullouts along the paved road which made for an easy drive to find a campsite. People seem to gather closer to the pit toilets and some may be a little more permanent than others but we had no problem with anyone.

Our site was right off the paved road and had no issues. It was quiet and we were surrounded by trees. There are cows roaming the area but none bothered us. Our fire pit had a trash bag in it, which is too bad because people were too lazy to just dump their bag at the entrance… but we did it for them. Please clean up after yourself to keep these places open and FREE to the public.

Internet was good, we were able to make video calls for our jobs.
We dumped, filled and did laundry at the Haven RV Park, 5-10min from this location. It was very convenient.

We stopped here for the night on a weekend. This location wasn't far from the I-70 and you could hear some noise but wasn't bad. Especially when it's free!

It seems like it was paved at some point but nature has reclaimed some areas.

We arrived early in the evening and we were the only ones there. Early the next morning, there was 2 other SUVs parked in the area but none bothered us and they were not close enough to be bothersome. It was nice spot for a night and could have worked for a few nights. It's scenic as well. I hear pronghorns are present in the area but saw none.

Some large dispersed sites. Near a trailhead so if you like hiking, it's convenient.
Sites are shaded so solar charging wasn't as its maximum. Cows roam the area so there is some cow pies scattered around. The road is well graded and is passable by any car. Our campsite had a fire ring and someone left a bag of trash in it. (Shame, but otherwise the sites are clean)

AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile cell reception works out here but they are a little slow if you plan on working with them. Though, it was all useable.

Friendly reminder:
We had someone pulled into our site at night and parked about 100ft from us. While I understand they wanted a rest for the night, they could at least asked or drive a bit further up the road to find another camp spot. We're out here to find some privacy and get away from people. If I wanted close neighbors I'd pay for an RV park. I know some folks do it for 'safety' as they want to park near someone but we felt more encroached upon. They were gone by morning, thankfully.

This was was right off highway 69 and conveniently near the airport. It was wooded which minimized the highway noise. The front desk staff was always helpful. They would hold your mail at the office or we had the option to rent a mail box at the entrance of the park. The park itself is well maintained and the site was leveled. The are a lot of ducks in the park due to a feeding area and a pond. This means we had feathered visitors pooping on our concrete pad once in a while. This is an older park but felt it had charm because of that. Free Wifi was available throughout the park and we had great reception. Would stay here again. Verizon 4G LTE available. Price: $400 monthly INCLUDING electricity.

We called and got a site reserved a few days prior to arriving. They were having an event that weekend and despite that, we will were able to get a site. Groomed dirt roads brings you to the campground as you pass many shooting range and a restaurant. We had full hookups and a picnic table. This site was leveled enough for our need. We had a great view from our site and had good cell reception with Verizon. If you have enough down time, you can go to the range and shoot a few rounds. The receptionist/front desk person was very nice in helping us. Would stay here again. Price: $27 for 30amp with full hookups.

We arrived and no one was at the office. We parked and set up our trailer. The owner's wife came and greeted us a few hours later.

The campground main water has been shut off for the winter season but they offered to turn it on for us since the weather has been cooperating. They have a full bath house to use with hot showers. They are not metered so taking a long hot shower is possible! Sewer hookups also available. We have full Verizon 4G.

The owners were friendly. Their very large sites were pull-throughs and had picnic tables. I am giving it a 5 stars because it isn't a lush site but it meets all of our expectation and the price is right. They accept Passport America discount. This is a working farm so you will hear cows and tractors roaming around but we knew that and expected it. Pretty quiet considering that I-80 is next to it. It is easy to access.

There is a resident farm cat that is super friendly and may join you for supper if you let him. Great, quiet place. We camped here with a 19ft travel trailer.

Owners offers wonderful service, brings you to your site with an easy check-in. Bathroom, Laundry and showers facilities are REALLY clean. The whole campground is quiet for being the Fourth of July weekend. Only 2 miles from town. Free WiFi and next to a small pub/restaurant. Hiking trail (Ice Age Trail) is only a few minutes walk away as well as lake Michigan.

We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Tiffany RV park for a month when we arrived to Phoenix for the first time. There are so many 55+ parks here that it is hard to find one that does not have this restriction. We paid the monthly fee.

The park was very small, a U shaped with less than 25 spots. Luckily we stayed there during the off season (October) but I couldn't imagine how it would be during the winter months. The owner Bobbi and his wife Kim were very nice and accommodating. The laundry room is very clean and is on-site. They have bathroom and showers but there is a fee to be able to use them. The sites were leveled and they have full hookups.

The general location was great, less than a mile away from a gym, grocery store, fresh produce market etc… The area felt very safe and the was almost no noise from the road. The park is surrounded by RV dealerships and other business in the like.
