Hey fellow Roadtrippers! I just went to try to find this soda machine, and I couldn’t find it! I saw it back in 2018, and it looks like there’s been some new development in the area that the machine was in. It was a fun thing to see when we saw it though!
This is actually not in Tuba City, it’s in Cow Springs. The mile markers as noted previously are correct. Pretty neat place, try to check it out right at dusk to catch a magical sunset.

It’s permanently closed and sadly, Mr. Smith passed away yesterday. I was reading that someone from Dallas bought the collection, so it may have moved there.
Also just pull along the road and snap a quick pic, it’s possible.

Loved this place. It’s situated in a park square area that is very welcoming. Lots of great photo spots. I even went inside the temple to sit with the people who were having a service of sorts. A woman inside was so friendly and offered me a pillow to kneel on. The interior was so colorful and beautiful with large Buddha’s and shrines. I respectfully and quietly reveled in the amazing-ness of it all.
