Beautiful landscaping on comfortable accommodating private owner rental lots. Office staff exemplary and true southern hospitality. Lots of great bike trails everywhere on the island. BUT, noise from traffic and nearby businesses were spoilers.

Clean campground with easy access. Conveniently located near Interstate but not terribly noisy. Paved roadways and site pads.

Park is very clean and beautifully landscaped. Sites and roads are compacted stone. Well spaced sites and mostly level. Friendly staff. NO dog park!

Campendium photos highly inaccurate. Older reviews not applicable to current park conditions. No shade trees! All sites gravel except for 10 paved sites.
Site dimensions inaccurate: #136 - 58’ deep but really only 45’. #107 - 51’ deep but really 45’
No park entrance road signs!
Utilities located at front of back in sites making need for unusually long electric cord. Also results in sewer located in picnic area.
No signs of any site maintenance.
Lots of road noise and adjacent rock processing business.
If not for the location, this would be a good park to avoid.

Nice park with well spaced sites. Gravel pad and sand/dirt with some grass and ant hills. Grass cutting is a little crudely kept.

Very nice stopover campground. Access is adequate with care. Clean sites. Dog walk areas. Mature park close to interstate but no road noise.

FHU with long pull through. Very friendly and clean. Common shared picnic area with adjacent site. Dirt roads and sites with grassy picnic area. Good dog walk areas. Address not accurate for best GPS routing.

Parallel park adjacent to the water. Long site to easily accommodate 40’. Partial hookups. Very nice place to watch boat traffic. A little sandy but the views/location makes up for any negatives.
Pay attention to signs for Rv park, easy to miss.
Pay for camping at store across the street.

Somewhat level sites closely spaced with easy access. Lots of things for kids, which park is geared towards.

Conveniently located adjacent to the road going to Rocky Mountain National Park. Sensational views of the mountains. Dog park is fenced, big, and clean with lots of room for the pooches to run. Good site spacing and fairly level. Acceptable road noise from adjacent road leading to RMNP. Daily garbage pickup at site. Free shuttle to town. Convenient good restaurant next door.
Dust/Gravel/Dirt/Mud (when wet) rutted roadways and site access.
