If traveling with kids know there is NOTHING for them to do. You have no WiFi... no playground, no pool and No bathrooms. We had porta potty’s across the way and the showers were a campground over. Yes it’s conveniently near the rim and has shuttles but that’s about it. I wish I had been a little more informed. Still was a beautiful location and the elk were amazing.

Great little stop off place! We enjoyed our night here! Clean bathrooms and laundry room was nice. Was easily accessible to the road so we could continue our trek the following day! Very nice owners!!!

We had a great 3 days here! Kids made friends, had fun in the pool and with all the amenities! We would definitely stay here again! Weather was perfect in mid August.
