This campground couldn't be any better, except for one thing. They double charge you for the day use permit. The campsite was only 32 dollars a night with a 7.50 day use permit for the day you arrive and the same for the next day. Great walleye fishing in spring on Devils Lake if you bring your boat.

Nice quiet campsite. Called when we were about an hour away. The young women said to call her when we arrived and she would get us signed in. Stayed here our last day on the road. Nice easy drive about five miles from interstate. Only heard one train in the distance. Didn't get to see much of park but looked clean and orderly. Would stay again. $31 with electric and water.

Returned to this campground three weeks later on the way home. Found many more campers but still a lot of open sites. Corps of Engineers campground. 12 dollars with electric and dump station on the way out. Campground is right next to reservoir with spacious sites and lots of different birds. Walleye season had just opened and there were lots of boats in campground.

Stayed here on the way to Santa Fe NM and loved it. Corps of Engineers campground run by Colorado. 35 dollar charge. Early May. Many campsites with electric. Dump station on the way out. We returned again three weeks later and found less people but found out why. Price was 27 dollars and didn't question. When we were going to leave in the morning, everything was loaded with moths. They must have had a hatch and there were thousands. We could not believe haw many moths were able to get into our fifth wheel. Four days later still killing them. I would stay there again but asked first if they have any insect hatches going on.

Spent one night here. Five miles off highway on really good roads. Found a few campsites at the entrance with a bathroom/shower biilding. Small pond with bass in it. DIdn't fish it. Continued up hill to an area of thirty campsites. Clean restroom and shower area. Camp sites were close together with electric hook ups. Water spickets in numerous spots in areas. Only three other campers but no other people. They must purchase the sites and park their campers there for the summer. The park was clean and filled with birds. Would definitely return if passing thru area.

Corps of Engineers are the best. First day here for a three days and I'm liking it already. Great mid-western host who is friendly and helpful. Great views of the reservoir, and the beautiful mountains surrounding the campground. 18 dollars for three nights with a NP pass. Many campsites, each with log fencing around it. Garbage can at each campsite. Clean shower and restrooms in a couple locations. Great campground and we would stay again in a heartbeat.

We were unable to stay in Oliver Lee Memorial Campground, that looks real nice at the bass of Sacramento Mountains. We stayed here, about a half mile from State Park. Little ruff but if you go slow it will give you numerous spots big enough to camp in. My 30 ft fifth wheel had no problem with finding a spot. There is at least a dozen others. Quite, no trains or highway noise. Short 26 mile ride to White Sand NP. Seen my first rattle snake on the dirt road coming in. Would stay again just for the quite.

Spent 2 nights in this campgroud. Easy access with all drive thru sites. Full hook ups cost us 51 usd a night. Kids loved the heated pool. They have a small store and rv things. Very nice people running the place. Friend had his furnace stop working and needed repairman. They hooked him up with Outer LImits RV Moble service. Came over by the end of day. Nice guy doing the work. Very professional. Lot of contractors that are working in the area use this campground as thier base. Would stay here again.
