Nice, we’ll organized RV park. Office folks are accommodating & you are escorted to your spot. No shade but didn’t bother us. You do hear freeway noise & trains. Great stopover location.
Difficult for us to find thru both our motorhome navigation & Apple Maps. When we called they said to try using 5300 Old National Trail which finally got us there. We didn’t like the oleanders planted to divide the sites because they seemed too closed in. My husband said he didn’t like the bathroom because it was physically right next to the shower. The staff was friendly & the clubhouse seems nice but we didn’t check it out. The other thing that was strange was the long list of rules regarding behavior, which leads me to believe they sometimes get a different element of people. Maybe because it’s so close to Lake Havasu? Don’t know that we’d stay again.

When we visited last September, they recently changed ownership & we got caught up in a really unfortunate camping location. The prior owners upsold us into a site so we could “be closer to the party we were traveling with.” Well, all of this did not happen & our traveling party was located on the other side of the campground. They arrived after office hours so nothing could be done about the location. One of the people we were traveling with had MS, so this was a disaster. When we went to the office to complain the following day, the clerk had no compassion & said he would not even adjust the rate we paid for the upgraded campsite “because our rates went up, & we kept you at the lower rate.” Astonishing!!!! Also, we were told that we had to recycle but the campground does not offer a separate recycling bin.

A beautiful, well kept KOA resort. The hosts are helpful & friendly. We went in September & the weather was beautiful. It’s about an hour and one half to Jackson, which is a must see city.
Great RV park. We always use it when traveling to other destinations. The restrooms & laundry area are clean & well maintained. Staff is the best!
