Really beautiful location! Nice sites, we rented a cabin for 6 people (4 adults, 2 ch) and we all fit just fine. Bathrooms were nice, showers left a little to be desired, but it's camping- so we expect that.
Really nice campground! We would definitely stay here again. Clean bathroom and showers, friendly staff, ice cream, stuff for kids to do!! Grounds are really well maintained.
Was a nice surprise along our weekend getaway. The route we took had no restaurants or fast food stops. Our kids were starving, so I thought I'd head in to see if they had any premade sandwiches. The Gas station has a restaurant hidden inside! It looks a little sketchy, but the food was great! Burgers, chicken strips, chili, etc (bar food)
Stopped here on a whim a few years ago, on a family trip with a group of 9 (5 were kids under the age of 10). The food was amazing and the staff was very friendly. My brother in law loved his meal so much, he ordered a catfish sandwich to go for the next day. We can't wait to go back, hopefully some time this June!
It's a nice museum for a rainy day, but it is a lot smaller than the Appleton and MIlwaukee Children's Museums. My kids are 7 and 10 and have grown out of it completely.
Pretty interesting stop!!
Beautiful park to stop and walk through! We will definitely stop here again. The cafe in the park is great!!
This little spot is very cool to drive through! Neat spot for pictures, but almost nothing else, pretty abandoned.
We had a great time here! Fam of 4 split into two teams. We needed a little bit of help at one point and then made it to the final post. It's a pretty great maze experience, much better than other ones we've done. It took us approx 45minutes.
Pretty neat trip with the kids- 7 and 10. Mount Rushmore is definitely worth seeing!
