Absolutely beautiful and clean property with friendly staff. Since it's brand new, there is zero shade as of this writing, and with 100F temps the other day, the only relief is staying inside and cranking the AC. Sites are large, and just barely off level. Would be REALLY nice if they plant more trees! The property is pristine though, and there are tons of amenities. I will definitely stay here again!

We love coffee. Perfect spot to stretch your legs! This is a great photo op for coffee lovers...but no coffee here! Go down the road a couple miles and eat at Horn o Plenty — really good food and coffee!
