Looks like an addition to an existing golf course/resort. Sites are very big, both long and wide. We had a backin site which I think could easily accomodate anything you could take on the road. There are also many pullthrus. All utilities worked well, the wifi was excellent (tho only a handful of sites occupied) now. Base is small gravel, pretty level. Lots of grass around, a pond, golf, etc.
The park is very dog friendly, have many facilities and a welcome doggie bag. They even have a brochure listing nearby vets, groomers, pet supplies, etc.
A bit austere physically now but will look much better as they complete setup. Staff very friendly and helpful. Did not use any of the facilities. I was able to use Passport America for the stay, suspect that as they become more well-known and host long-term winter visitors that could disappear. For the moment, an excellent facility and recommended.

Absolutely beautiful and clean property with friendly staff. Since it's brand new, there is zero shade as of this writing, and with 100F temps the other day, the only relief is staying inside and cranking the AC. Sites are large, and just barely off level. Would be REALLY nice if they plant more trees! The property is pristine though, and there are tons of amenities. I will definitely stay here again!

We came for two night stay over Thanksgiving and I can tell you this park is an absolute beauty. Very new park that has all the amenities you would want, no matter the length of stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Best park I've been to yet, this place has everything a modern RV park requires and more. You won't be disappointed.
Coachella Lakes RV Resort is a stunning retreat, beautifully built on a former golf course. The grounds are lush and the amenities are top-notch, including a pool, two hot tubs, a playground, and a dog run. For those who like staying active, there's a well-equipped gym and pickleball courts, plus a mini golf course.
The clubhouse is a great spot for hanging out, complete with a pool table and foosball. The staff is friendly and the activities director does a brilliant job organizing entertaining events. There was some construction still going on during our visit, but it didn't dampen our enjoyment. We can tell it's only going to get better. This place is already fantastic!

I’m not sure what all the five star reviews are about. We stayed overnight in December 2023, and there were no amenities. For $87/a night, you would expect more. I had asked to be by the family pool. Turns out the pool and spa don’t have water in them - would have been nice if they let me know that ahead of time. I would have asked to be over by the bathhouse.
The bathrooms by the pool were closed too. Power, water and sewer worked fine, and the views were good. Highway noise was pretty loud (probably because the trees are still small and there aren’t really any sound barriers around). Starlink worked fine with no obstructions. Couldn’t find a dumpster either for trash. Their internet was ok - the kids could stream and chat with their friends, but we just decided to setup the Starlink to make sure we had a robust connection for work.
This place is still under construction and will be great once it’s done. If all you need is a place to stay with power, water and sewer and like paying that much for nothing (but be left alone), it’s a good place for that. We did see when we were leaving that the pickleball courts look like they are available and someone was using one of the nicer dog parks (that no RVs were near), but other than that, there’s not much to do there.
The store is also a little bare. Again, this will be good in the future, but disappointing for a resort right now.

*DOG FRIENDLY* Perfect spot to lodge even if you don’t have a motorhome/trailer.
Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed by the well-manicured grounds, featuring lush grass areas perfect for unwinding under the sun. The resort boasts an array of recreational facilities, including pickleball courts, a swimming pool, HUGE putting green and a hot tub, ensuring there's never a dull moment.
Fishing enthusiasts will delight in the numerous ponds stocked with fish, providing endless opportunities for relaxation by the water's edge. Meanwhile, furry friends can frolic freely in the dedicated dog park, adding to the sense of community and inclusivity.
The dog park also has pup cups on Tuesday mornings! This is a fun way to get to meet the staff and spoil your dog!
We stayed in an RV spot, but they also had a lot of vacation rental options available too!
If you’re here for the long haul & need to work, the resort also has high speed internet. Which makes it nice for those who work remote.
Beyond the resort's boundaries, easy access to local restaurants and grocery stores made dining out or stocking up on supplies a breeze, enhancing the convenience of the location.
In conclusion, Coachella Lakes RV Resort offers a perfect blend of relaxation, recreation, and convenience, making it an ideal destination for travelers seeking a memorable getaway.
