Our experience was really good. Restrooms were clean, stocked and a good size. I believe we paid a little extra to make certain we had a back in space to the river. It was worth it. Those sites had some interesting parking features. Each site had a dedicated power pole. At each power pole was 2 sewer discharge pipes and a water outlet for 2 hookups. Our site was wide enough, we could park our truck next to the trailer. Class A and Cs had a choice, pull straight in and have a view out the front window of the river and the passing ships. If they did this, they needed to stretch the power cord to the opposite side you would normally hook up. The water and sewer could be done the normal way. The river was busy but quiet and relaxing, new sod was being laid as well as benches and fire pits down near the water. I would call this more of a destination campground, you would want to stay longer than a few days. We did not use their salt water swimming pool.

The bad was the shower house was quite dated and stalls were tiny. Hot tub was not functional. The good news was that the operators were very friendly the overall campground was in good shape with future improvements being worked on. Most sites were pretty level (ours was). even a little privacy screen and views of the Olympic Mtns. Far enough away from the main road to keep things quiet.

Busy campground with a mix of long termers and overnighters. Pull thru spaces were tight. Our site the pavement was nice and smooth and grass green and lush, other sites were not as nice. Amenities were also hit or miss (6 washers and dryers, only 3 working) Short office hours. Bathrooms/showers were cleaned daily (early), but the large number of construction workers, tended to mess them up quickly.
Ok for a quick overnight and I'd stay there for that. Otherwise, I'd look for something else.
One weird occurrence that happened was a trailer was leaving and forgot to take in their awning. As they were travelling down the lane between the pull thrus, the awning hit a Tiffin Allegro bus. It literally took out the drivers side window, glass everywhere. Fortunately no one was hurt.

This review is for our campsite and pertains to loops M & N. Campsites in this area were poorly maintained, the road in and out was incredibly bumpy. The closest bathhouse to loop M was dated and anything that could rust was rusted. Narrow stalls, laundry water was spilling out the door. Our specific site was not level and there was so much debris from flooding that we could hardly get level.
We noticed the premium sites were better taken care of and had been updated, but still nothing special.
Most parks have some sort of limit stays, my brochure said 14 days. We met folks who had been in their spots for 19 months (and you could tell). They were not park workers.
Stone Mountain Park was nice, but still a number of closures.

This was a good take off point for bicycle riding (20+ miles) as well as driving into town to take advantage of Snake River opportunities. The road next to camp was busy.
We had what was called a shared site. It was ok, and would depend on who you shared with. We had an overwatered grass area. (ie muddy). Most of campground was dirt roads, consequently the bathroom floors were either dirty or muddy in case someone showered. They were cleaned daily.
Exception wifi.

We had a premium site with a tricked-out patio. Sites were larger than I expected for the Keys.
They say this was remodeled, but really this place was rebuilt. AND, I think they did a really good job. Our site was a pull thru and we had no issues getting in or out other spots deeper in the campground might be a little tighter.
Their WIFI worked the way it should. Didn't really need my hotspot.

I'm giving this a 5-star rating, but do want to cover some minor issues later in my review. We really enjoyed our stay here, location was excellent, the place was kept immaculate. The camper/workers were terrific. Sites were ok in size. Your location could be under huge pine trees with shade or areas with full sun exposure. They are so busy, you may not have much choice on what you get. They have a laundry on site, all the machines worked and it was easy to get your laundry done. We didn't use the community room or swimming pool, but they looked nice.
Basic cash daily rate was $53, big discounts for weekly and monthly. My Verizon signal was excellent and had exceptional speed. In camp wifi was ok for email.
The issues I want to bring up, were minor for me. They could be a big issue for some. They have some construction nearby with the accompanying noise. The closest at the front of the park is already over. It was a Tractor Supply which will have propane and hardware items.
Wifi, I already mentioned. Water pressure was on the low side about 40PSI. The 50 amp pedestal was on the low height side.

Site was a little unlevel but fixable. Nice table, roomy and views of the forest. Located right on the bike trail going to Red Canyon or Bryce.
We stayed in late season and things can get on the chilly side.

Part of our expectation are consistency of amenities and friendly staff.
Neither hit the mark at this one.
We arrived early, yep, they charged us extra. We could have sat in their drive and waited, but the site was all ready to go. Our site was acceptable, but only after I purchased extra sewer hose. My 29 ft hose did cut it. Patio had some new furniture which looked nice, but the concrete patio had broken edges
Facilities, looked ok, most had a fresh coat of paint.
Laundry, well, by the time we left nothing worked. The on-site manager was trying to get the off-site owner to take care of it.
The day we left; we were told the county health department had just issued a boil water warning for the park. No offer to compensate for the inconvenience. Of course, I had just refilled my fresh water because they said they had good water. Fortunately, we didn't get sick.

My neighbors and other folks were nice.
The park in general is very run down. I think an earlier poor review summed up most of the issues. We were barely able to get our 27' trailer parked and only after the neighbors move their vehicles
Our site backed up to the Walgreens drive thru. The loud music from the customers going thru the drive thru actually caused our trailer to vibrate.
Frankly, we did not feel safe at this location.
We didn't use any of the facilities.
