You have to pay to get in park (state parks pass helps). This park is so busy that it can be a 3 hour wait in line to get into the park on weekends and holidays in the summertime. It was worse than normal this year because a flood wiped out a road that was another optional entrance. BTW- if you leave for a grocery run and come back, there could be another wait to get into the park.

Location of the park is very convenient to get access to Denver bicycle routes and paths. There is a constant stream of traffic on nearby roads. Our site had full hookups, everything worked fine. Site was level. Mostly the bath houses were in great shape. Showers are credit card pay only.
