FU with large level sites. Very small campground but idea for bikers and hiking. We would stay here again.

The Brandon Elks Lodge is a nice overnight, or even a few days stopover, with a very good dining hall and friendly folks. There is a requirement to be or 'sponsored by' an Elks member to use the facilities. Most all the sites are grassy, mature trees, water/electric and dump station is next door to the lodge itself. I would not call this 'big-rig' friendly however there are some spots that a bigger one could fit. As for amenities, water pressure and quality, was very good, free WiFi was suitable for streaming dump station was easy to access and taken care of.

Solid grassy sites with Water and Electric, dump station on grounds. Full hookups available. This well maintained fairground with its amazingly green landscape was lovely. Friendly helpful staff. Its was pretty empty this night, but still had some pacer horses running the track. IGA store about 500 feet away for extras. Would stay again.

Most reservations and check-ins are done online, no employees are onsite, security gate and Wi-Fi codes given upon check-in. Campground is well maintained, clean with FHU, Wi-Fi, cable TV, sites are level gravel or cement pad, and are either pull-thru or 'pull-in'. At present (06/21/2022) there are no bathrooms/showers or laundry, however these are in the process of being built, and the entire park is being expanded. Although being close to the roadway, the noise is muffled and not overly intrusive. Very conveniently located with a couple of miles from the city, restaurants, stores (etc.). -Update- We stayed here again (05/07/2023) and while there still were no showers, they did have a building with laundry facilities. Several washers and dryers, that were free to use. May have been just a temporary thing, but it was a very nice amenity we enjoyed and made use of.

Love this quiet little older park with friendly staff and people. Not hard to find off I-75. It has lots of things to do and the pool is lovely. At this time the winter folks have closed up and headed north so very quiet. FU very large grassy flat side. Passport America discount.

Going to their website, there is a 3-day 2-night promo if you want to experience the resort. According to the sales rep that spoke to us, this park is a 'membership only' park, which means everyone here is a member of at least one of 4 RV membership clubs. The sites are not bad for average sized RVs of all types but not so much for big rigs. Small store and diner onsite, boat ramp, swimming pool (etc.) most of the usual amenities. There is WiFi, however not high speed, but adequate for routine browsing and email, was told they are going to be upgrading it substantially in the near future.

The park is not far from the city but is very quiet with welcoming and friendly staff. The office is a mobile home near the center, located off the 'CCCC' and 'DDDD' drives, and has a laundry room, shower and front desk area. As a side note they do sell home grown 'Longhorn' beef made from the cows they raise, reasonably priced high quality. There does seem to be several 'permanent' residents, however the owners insist this is a RV park and 'NOT' a mobile home, so there are only RVs here. The sites are very large and almost all are pull-thru, FHU, 20/30/50-amp, water, sewer and internet WiFi (not especially good for 'streaming'), mature and newly planted trees scattered throughout. The drives are sand, and gravel with some bumps, the sites are mostly grass and fairly level. The overall feel is a laid-back, big rig suitable, friendly and secure park that would is very nice if visiting the Dothan Alabama area. We will definitely stay here again. Rate reflects the Passport-America discount, regular rate is $40 plus tax.
