The park individual sites are nice and big and you feel like you have some breathing room with your neighbors! Why don’t all private campground take a note from this place to see how its really done! The Wi-Fi was nice and fast. And the water pressure was awesome! The campground host was super friendly and she guided us to our spot, but then left us alone so we could get our set up complete without distractions! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Loved loved loved our overnight. It is a self check-in place which is nice to do it the old fashioned way. Use cash or check is preferred. We used check. Nice little area to walk around the pond. Beautiful sunsets. Great water pressure, and full hookups. They are Good Sam park. They added new sites and it was definitely needed. We rolled in around 7:30 and there were about 8 sites left. By 9 pm there was one left. I started watching tv at that point and didn’t check after that. Super friendly people. Exactly what we needed for an overnight on our way to Colorado from Oklahoma.

We did Carlsbad caverns, Roswell, bottomless lakes, cavern bar flight viewing, Guadalupe mountains; from this base camp area and it was great. Sadly, just before we got there they closed Sitting Bull and massive sections of Guadalupe due to potential fire conditions. The sites were spacious. We had a patio with a swing and table and chairs. Their pool is basic but it was fun to get wet for an hour or two. Staff was friendly and we liked that they picked up your trash every morning. No kitchen so we couldn’t try out their food. The other parks in the area had no grass or trees and looked like barren waste lands. This koa has some grass at each site, and at least nice big mature trees to sit under. I liked that they had a little weather station that we could check on current winds and stuff. It was dusty and windy for all of the days except our last day and it was a nice break from all the wind. We would come back.

Great location off the Interstate. We stayed for a night and Steve was friendly! We didn’t check out any of their facilities as we have a nice 5th wheel to take showers and use the bathroom in. Haha. If you are a good Sam member, Be sure to tell them. It saves you 10%! The sites that are newer are spacious and have a tree and nice paved sites. Very nice! Didn’t feel like I was on top of someone.

The park was nice. However the owner was rude and trying to “help us park” it was a mess. Had to break down and ask them to leave us alone. Views were good off the back property. Tight spaces. Also, if you don’t get back in time, you have to pay a fee for them to come down to the gate to let you in.
