Stayed just one night but would stay longer if we come this way again. Camp ground is right on the St Lawerence River. We were on site 206 with great view of the water. The beach looked nice. Wi-Fi and full hook up available. There is a bicycle trail that goes by the campground and goes all the way to Cornwall. We got free tickets to Upper Canada Village which was very interesting and worth the time. Go in the morning if possible to see more of the activities.

Booked this on the basis of the 4 star rating. Quite disappointed in the campground. Nobody around for check in. No clear instructions. Campsites are on top of each other. No picnic table. WiFi non functional after the evening meal once multiple people started using. (Which is surprising given only 12 sites) You are a ways out of town which is quite different form all the other campgrounds in Medora where you can walk to most of the town from the campgrounds. Site 10 would be a very difficult site if you are using a trailer. You need to back up uphill and curve into the driver side parking next to a cabin.

We spent the night here on our way home. There are full hook ups but not much else. The camp host was very friendly as was the owner when making reservations.

The campground is close to Waco while being on Lake Waco. Notable is you are near the Highway 6 bridge with noise from the cars on the road. This was not bothersome to us but could be to others. We also drove through Speegleville campground which has great sites and no road noise but you are 4 miles further out.

The sites are well maintained. Our site was very level with pavement. We greatly enjoyed the time sitting out and watching the lake. Sunset was quite pretty. I suspect a strong west wind could come off the lake and make the site quite breezy but that was not the case when we were there. Did not look at the bathrooms. Building looked newer on the outside.

We had a great view of the lake in all directions from the camp site. The day we stayed was unusually cold and windy so could not take advantage of the view as much as we would have liked. The site does have a slight down hill pitch. Did have to raise the back of the RV to level. If you had a longer rig this could be more of an issue. For our 25 foot motor home it was fine. Nice walking/hiking in the park. Camp hosts were very friendly. We did not go into town and cannot comment on how hard it would be to get supplies on a longer stay.

We stayed at Valentine City Park for one night as we were returning east from a trip west. The park has some activity during the late afternoon and early evening but by 7:30pm was quiet. We found a nice spot by the river. Enjoyed sitting out and relaxing for the evening. There is water available to fill tank. Cell service is very good.
