Don’t fall for the VIP FULL HOOKUP. They do come around to pump but the poop is captured in a clear container. If you want to rinse you better be supervising the whole process.
The whirlpool/spa allows small children with swim diapers. And the pool is 75 degrees.

We have stayed at every type of KOA and baffled how this can be called a HOLIDAY. Sites are the smallest we have encountered and we were in a deluxe patio site! The camp roads were not well maintained.
WIFI was okay.

We left for an hour and left a white Tupperware near our electrical box and when we returned it was gone.
Very disappointed in this KOA.

We had a wonderful month at this perfect KOA. Staff was amazing! A special thanks to Laura (AGM) and Ashley ( customer service) for making our 30 days extremely enjoyable. The heated pool and whirlpool was our favorite activities especially Water Zumba with Tom. Thanks for the amazing Thanksgiving dinner. See you next year! Connie and Mike

This is our second time staying at this KOA. The bathrooms/showers are excellent. The sites are good size. Walking distance from restaurants and Harley Shop. A bit noisy from traffic on Hwy. 10 but not too bad.
Firewood $10 a bundle the highest I have encountered.
Both times we have experienced ants everywhere so ate in our RV.
Loved sitting by the lake but again ants.

After 5 hours on the road and ready to relax we arrived at our site to a pressure washer going nonstop for a hour. The bathrooms were okay but showers were dark.
Firewood to expensive $6.50 bundle.

A great place to make camp and see gatlinburg, pigeon forge and SEVIERVILLE. A trolley will take you down the main roads. You can hop on and off for $3.
Friendly staff and clean facilities. We will be back!

We had a great site next to the woods. The back of our spot was spacious but a fire ban was on so no campfires. Great walking paths and friendly staff.

Even though it is the smallest space we have encountered and bathrooms were just okay the fire pit and river space make this a place to visit. Friendly staff and the price is right! We will be back.
