At least five miles from nearest town.
When we arrived we realized there was no cell service. At check in we told the office we needed service, so we would be leaving a day early. No refund for one day. Management was very rude when we left.
Site was dirty.
Site was unlevel.

The nighty sites are right next to the truck stop parking. Trucks running all night. For a traveler who wants to get a nights sleep from driving all day, this is not the RV park to stay at. If the sites were closer to the back ( where the permanents are) it might not be so noisy. We paid for 3 so we stayed.
Management very friendly. Park is well kept. The laundry was expensive $2 to wash/$2 to dry. Dryers are not synced with the washers. 30 min washers/60 min dryers. Clothes are washed and you have to wait 30 mins to get a dryer.Not good when someone takes all four washers/dryers.

Needs lots of TLC. Didn’t use facilities.
Pool looked dirty. No chairs. (maybe not open)
Tent sites atrocious.
Dusty gravel roads.
Hook ups are adequate. Water/electric could be updated.
Nightly sites in center of park. Perimeter sites are for permanents only, which was full.
Quiet at night.
Wifi sketchy.
5.5 miles to town of Ephrata.

Clean sights Dirty laundry decided not to do our laundry.
Get what you pay for.

We were in what they consider premium, with water view. Water view was small section of the public marina, which was “down” the road. The interior sites seemed much nicer. I guess it’s just personal preference. Green manicured grass sites and paved. Level. Didn’t use facilities. Office/ rec room very clean. Laundry small and tidy. Didn’t use. Public restrooms and public parking on the property. Guess that’s because of the marina.
Noise was bad due to the fact our site was next to main roads.

Good for one night. Right on Hwy 50.
Noise isn’t too bad if you keep your windows/doors closed. Lots of trees, but no grass. Walking distance to Arkansas river/ small beach area. Lady in office was very pleasant.

What a great place in the middle of the Sonoran Desert. Clean, friendly,quiet and maintained.
Will definitely be back when in the area.

Stayed for a week. $425/week. Thought it was expensive for what you got. Grounds are green/lots of trees. Spacious sites. Quiet,except for Hwy 91. Noisy most of the time. If you like your windows open, it will be noisy. Laundry facilities very old and dirty. Not much in the office/store. People were friendly. Lots of long term / unkept

Appears to be in better condition than 3 years ago when we stayed. Typical desert RV park. Gravel, asphalt and concrete pads. Didn’t use facilities. Noisy with Boulder Hwy traffic. Sites are close. We reserved online paying for 1 night in advance. After arriving we were told our 1 day charge was considered a deposit, which we wouldn’t get back until we checked out and it would take 3-5 days before credited. We we never told/read it was considered a “deposit “.
Might stay again.
