Very basic. Parking lot setup. Car sales lot on property ( not bothersome). Small casino/restaurant. On Hwy 20, but not noisy. Chevron and market within walking distance.
Staff very friendly. Good one/two night stay.

The park was literally in a corn field. We drove almost 5 miles on gravel/washboard road to reach the park. Close to 11 miles to Burlington, Co. Park was advertised as Burlington, Co. No interstate exit.Had to use the frontage road to reach the gravel road.
The RV park was weeds/dirt with only permanent RVs.
The sites appeared to be unused for quite sometime.
We have been trying to get a refund since June 18 2022.

We had a reservation for one night.
Didn’t stay. Just a mess. Mud holes,
sites were “unsitely”. We couldn’t even back into our assigned site. Uneven and no maneuvering space.
Website pictures are extremely deceiving. Lots of “unsitely” permanent sites.
On a good note the manager/owner gave us a refund.

When we arrived we were asked to call. We were text instructions to our site.
No office No one in sight! Sites are gravel with lots of overgrown weeds/grass. No showers/bathrooms. No office or store. No playground. There’s an area that looks like a foundation that is all broken up.
There is a laundry room.
The whole RV park could use a complete overhaul!

We booked for 3 nights, ended staying for 6. Large clean sites. We were across from the doggy park and down the way from the laundry. Very short drive to casino. Jets fly over once in a while, but not disturbing. No cable, but we had great reception with the satellite.

After walking thru the park we were disappointed to see so many cigarette butts on the ground and so many RVs in disarray. We don’t understand why management lets this happen. There is no special area for the kids to play, so they end up on empty sites and running up and down the roads.
This is a nice park and would hate to see it become other than that.

Fairly clean. Close to Hwy 91, noisy, no facilities. Majority of RVs long term.
Didn’t use the lodge/golf course. Good for one night.
Entrance to park hard to find. No lights and sign is very small.

Interstate on one side, railroad tracks on the other and bumpy gravel road to the park entrance! What more could one ask for?!?
Park could use some TLC.
