Coastline RV is located right on Hwy 98 in Eastpoint, FL and is centrally located to Eastpoint, St George Island, and Apalachicola. I believe it's also about 15 minutes from Carabelle but we did not make it over that way.

The sites were spacious and well-kept. Pads are gravel, with paver patios. Full hookup, including cable, and strong wifi throughout the park. Pool, clubhouse, laundry, and bath house facilities were top notch. Bathrooms were very nice with plenty of space to shower and dress. The dock on Apalachicola Bay was beautiful and easy to get to.

Sites are tiered, with Tiers 1-3 being on the front side of the clubhouse area, and Tiers 4-6 being on the backside. We stayed in Tier 1, which was as close to the Apalachicola Bay as you can get. It's also as close to Hwy 98 as you can get, which is fine most of the day, but can get a bit noisy in the morning and late afternoon during the week with commuters. There were also a number of log trucks going by the week we were there that were quite loud.

Views of the bay looked to be had by all spots in the first three tiers. Some spaces were back in and others were pull through.

I'm sure we'll be back again. I don't know that we'll pay the Tier 1 rate again unless nothing else is available, because the road noise was less of a distraction in Tier 2 and Tier 3 from what I can tell, but we were very pleased overall.

We have spent many, many days at Top of Georgia and absolutely love it. The community is wonderful, sites are great, location is beautiful, and the park itself is so peaceful.

We part-timed it here for several years by staying during the week (due to work in the area) and going home on the weekend. We had a delightful experience and count our friends made at the Top as some of our favorite folks to keep in touch with.

Definitely recommend staying over at least for a few nights if you’re in the area. Or, if you’re a full timer and looking for a spot to land for a bit - stay for a couple of months!

While most folks seem to camp during the warmer season, we’ve been here in all seasons and enjoyed them all.

All amenities worked as expected. Strong wifi, electric/water/sewer hookups good, easy pull through site, easy access, central to I-75 an hour south of Knoxville, quiet campground. Good spot to pull through for the night. Not sure we'd stay here for anything other than a one night stopover, but no major detractors.

We stayed for a couple of nights recently as we had some things to do in Milledgeville. Not a fan of the campground. The lake views are nice, if you can get one, which is highly unlikely because all the lake front spots are taken by full timers with junky spots.

Road noise from 441 is quite loud during the day (quiets down at night, and we had no noise problems with our fan on).

"Free wifi" is a joke - it looks available, and the tech guy attempted to help us connect (the normal connection process didn't work), but the signal dropped five minutes after we got online and we never were able to connect again.

The site was okay - pretty level, good room to pull through and find a good stopping point, but the site next to us was pretty close and the neighbor kept parking their truck two feet from that side of our camper instead of in their driveway. No shade on our site, though other sites had decent shade.

Overall, not horrible, but we'll be looking elsewhere the next time we are in the area. I don't recommend camping here unless you're just stopping in for a night and moving on the next day.

We camped most recently in February 2017, and had a really lovely experience. The weather was unseasonably warm, and the campground was practically empty. We like sites 20 or 21, and scouted sites 33, 34, or 35 for our next stay. All are pull through, and are high on the hill overlooking the lake. 33-35 should get really nice sunset views.

River Forks offers water and electric hookup, with a dump station on the way out. The camping area is well-removed from the day-use area, though not so far removed that campers couldn't easily use the day use area as well for swimming or boating. There are also docks around the campground area for boating campers.

The views are my favorite part of River Forks. I doubt there's a site that doesn't have a good lake view, and the entire park is nicely shaded. Our site had a grill and a fire ring. Not sure if all sites do, though.

We did not use the bath house, but it was centrally located and looked easily accessible.

River Forks is "local" for us, so we will certainly be back. The location is great with relation to restaurants and shopping in Gainesville, and there's a WalMart Market about a mile away.

Morganton Point Recreation Area is on the shore of beautiful Lake Blue Ridge in Morganton, GA (just outside of Blue Ridge, GA). The campground is small, but really pretty. This was originally a tent only campground, and the sites have been reworked to accommodate RVs. There may be one or two spots that a big rig can make it into, but most sites would not accommodate a large camper.

Our site was pretty level. The pad for the camper was bordered by large boulders. There was plenty of room to position a camper, but the BPQ was a little high given the consequences of getting a little too far in one direction or the other.

Morganton Point is water and electric only. We used the bath house for showers, and it was one of the nicer bath houses we've used. Clean and modern. Easy walk from most sites. Hosts were helpful and visible. Quiet park overall.

We loved the lakefront view, and the sites were well spaced - our site felt private but not isolated. Lots and lots of shade. Lake Blue Ridge is one of the prettiest lakes we've seen. We'll definitely be back!

We've long loved SGI, but this was our first time camping at the state park. The site and hookups (water and electric) were fine, and the dump station was close enough to be convenient but not an annoyance.

The one detractor for our late October stay was the mosquitoes. We had big spray and citronella candles and still could not comfortably be outside our camper for any real period of time (like 5 mins) without getting bit. We had no problem with them on the beach (as expected due to the steady wind), fortunately.

I think we would like this campground later in the winter when there's a lower chance of mosquito swarms. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the spot!

We loved our time here. The campground is beautiful, the sites are nice, it’s quiet (normal campground sounds, but no road noise, etc), it’s in a great location, amenities are good, staff are friendly and super helpful, and Jekyll Island itself is just lovely.

If you enjoy riding bikes, Jekyll has miles of bike paths and the campground entrance is essentially right across the street from the path.

Definitely do your grocery shopping before getting to the island as the one “grocery store” on the island doesn’t really have enough to warrant that title. Bring firewood if you enjoy fires. Internet connection at the campground was really slow; fortunately, we had plenty of cell service and were able to use our phones as hotspots for streaming.
