So so so cool! I learned an incredible amount about this famous monument. Make sure that you watch the videos, take the mile long hike (there are many stairs but don't let that discourage you!), and visit the sculptors studio. Max is the man that gave a fifteen minute long talk about the history of the sculpture. He was VERY informative and answered all the questions we asked. If you can, try to find the last man alive that worked on the monument way back when. He wasn't there when we went, but he does sign his book! If you don't feel like visiting here, you can see the monument from many different places around Keystone, SD!

A MUST see. If you are anywhere near SD, you have to come here. Gorgeous, gorgeous views. I don't recommend an RV. Its very hilly, curvy, and tight. Dramamine is great!

Beautiful, beautiful views! All we could do was roll the windows down and enjoy. We saw deer, pronghorns, and buffalo! Iron Mountain Road was a MUST see, too.

This hotel was clean and comfortable! Which is really all you need. However, it wasn't nearly as updated as most Holiday Inn Expresses. There is a very cabin feel in the lobby. I like that. Breakfast was amazing! Anything you need you can just grab and go. There's also a nice pool and spa.

Our family LOVES mini golf. We seek one out every trip. However, we are also very competitive. This is a though corse. Almost every hole is on a hill and was nearly impossible to defeat. We still had a lot of fun though! The customer service was immaculate. To play the 18 holes, you must be able to do steps. It's also conveniently right next to grapes and grinds. The smell of coffee beans made the experience better.

We love caves. Our family seeks one out every time we go somewhere. This tour was about at hour long and 58° the whole time. We had Elijah as a tour guy and he was very informative and funny. It is a lot of steps, low ceilings, and tight squeezes. Definitely worth it if you can make it! Afterwards, we zip lined. It was a two person seat. The coaster was really fun! The whole family did that. The kids loved the two story aerial rope corse.

So so so beautiful! You have to drive through. There are multiple places to stop and take pictures. Our favorite part was being able to hike the mountain sides. We even saw bison, goats, and prarie dogs!

Cool place! We got our passport stamps and read about the history of the Badlands.
