Almost new campground, I believe opened Oct 2021, with lots of amenities. Situated at the eastern base of the Dumbarton Bridge in Fremont, CA. I was worried there would be a lot of road noise but there are enough hills and trees to block any road noise.
All back-in spots which are mostly level asphalt with enough room to maneuver easily into the spaces. Full hook-ups with 30 and 50 amp service. Concrete picnic tables which can accommodate 8 people easy and surrounding tables with decomposed granite. We did not deploy our outdoor rug we normally use as we did not need it. Park WiFi is excellent as well as cell service.
Since this is a regional park, there are lots of barbeque facilities with grass, playgrounds, additional parking and hiking trails nearby. We walked the Bayview trail a couple of times with a few hills and nice San Francisco Bay views. The RV campground has laundry and shower facilities available as well.

This is a nice RV park. We did not have time to visit the surrounding area as we were just passing through. The park was clean, level concrete pads with both pull-through and back-in sites. Pedestals were in good working order and water pressure was sufficient. Water tasted good too. We didn't use the clubhouse but saw kids in there doing activities. Showers were clean. We did not use the laundry facilities, but they looked like they were in good working order.

This park is adjacent to a full-time living area that both RVs and modular homes. I liked that the RV park was separate from the full-time living area. The full-time living area was clean and tidy. I have been to too many RV parks that had full-time living areas and many times those are just run-down units that are unkept.

I had never seen an RV park with sites that had both a trailer power/water pedestal and a Rivian charging port in the same site. There was a separate parking area for electric vehicles. Forward thinking was nice to see.
We could not tell if there was a lot of road noise as the inclement weather was loud enough to not hear anything else.

Sight was level and clean. Enough space to maneuver and back in. Our site 57 was right along the river and had 50 amp service with water. Water would taste a little funky from time to time even with a carbon filter. Sight 58 right next to us was very narrow.
If you are still under Covid restrictions be sure to get ALL of your party confirmed at least 48 hours before arriving. We almost has a catastrophe but were able to work out our situation with the staff.
We went fly fishing and river access was easy. We would go back again. Especially during the season we do not need to catch and release. The WiFi is like most connections. If you get up early you have very good connection speed. Once everyone wakes up and starts using the same service the speed drops off.
Dump station can get crowded when leaving. We can dump at home so just went on our merry way. That would not stop us from going again.
Probably the worst thing is you have to go across a one lane bridge to arrive and depart. The bridge is wide enough but in the afternoons there are lots of tourists that just meander across and block your ability to go. I've posted a photo so you can see what the challenge is.

You have to pass the signs that lead to the boat launch and continue down the road to the next turn on Lime Saddle Road. We didn't but it was an easy turn around just past the ranger station to get back in the right direction. Check-in was easy at the campground kiosk and the State Park Rangers were jovial and gave great information.
We were in site #1 and that is the only pull-thru site with electricity and water. All of the other E/W sites are back in only and there many dry-docking sites as well. There are no full service, E/W/S sites at this campground.
There weren't many campers and that is because Oroville Lake is very low. So low that water doesn't make it all the way up to the northern part of the lake where the Lime Saddle Campground is situated. The campground is very clean and that includes the showers and bathrooms. There is a vending machine where you can feed $1 bill for shower tokens. We did not use the showers given our short stay.
All of the sites are asphalt paved and the majority have some sort of a lean, front/back or side to side or all of the above. Our site was easy to get in/out but because of the construction there was no place to put a mat or chairs on the side of our trailer. You can see it in the photos. There are concrete picnic tables and fire rings at all of the sites. I highly recommend you scrutinize the website and look at the photographs of each site. The website is NOT good at letting you know the max length available in each site. I did our reservation online, but calling for a reservation may provide additional information. We had okay cell reception for both Verizon and ATT. We were clear of trees so our Starlink went from 8mbps to 130mbps throughout the night/day so we were able to stream or do anything we wanted electronically.
Even if there were more campers, the location is very peaceful. Most of sites are well dispersed. There is a sewer dump on the exit road and it has plenty of space to maneuver. If you have a clear night, the night sky is amazing. For us we will go back. Our next visit we will go to Bidewll State Park which is a sister park to Lime Saddle. They have E/W/S hook ups. Both locations have great hiking.

Overall a nice campground. There are fun activities for kids, especially when hot. The campground offers a water park and pool. The RV sites are relatively level; I needed about 2.5" adjustment to my passenger side to get level. Sited are road gravel and are nestled amongst the pine trees.
We had full hook up available at 50 amps. The sewer connection is kind of funky, see the photo. Our trailer sewer connection is just high enough to drain appropriately as long as you walk out your hose. Water pressure was sufficient and water tasted fine.
Bathroom and showers are available and clean. See office for a code to the door. We did not try the wifi or cable connection. Starlink had some obstructions due to the surrounding trees. We achieved 3 to 135 MBPS with slower speeds in the afternoon and faster speeds in the early morning. I was able to stream a few shows at night without issue.
Verizon would float between 3 bars LTE and 2 bars 5G UWB.

Nice campground that was quiet and clean. Our site had water and electricity. Trailer parking was on mostly level dirt/grass. I did have to use my levelers to get my trailer level side to side a bit. We did not use the showers, but understood them to be clean. I saw the staff clean them routinely. Trash bins were cleaned daily too. Staff would take a water truck to water down the gravel roads twice a day to keep the dust down.

The campground had wifi but of course as people woke up the wifi bogged down. Given the campground is a bit remote, there wasn't great cell service. Although we would routinely have 2 bars (both ATT & Verizon) internet would be zero to spotty.

Campground had 70+ tent sites and was popular. Campground is next to Olema Creek but with the drought there wasn't any water. Playground for kids and dog run available too. Dump station for use on your way out. You could arrange for a honey bucket service to come to your trailer to empty your tanks but you needed to give at least 24 hours notice. $25 charge as of this review.

If you like exploring, this is a good launchpad to visit Point Reyes (lighthouse was still closed) and the seashore. This is a good place if you want to have a group of people, RV or tents, get together.

Very well-maintained RV park with easy access and beautifully decorated during the holidays. Siles were concrete with only 1/4" slope. We had 50 amp full hookup site. Very quiet site with overall campground located on the top of a hill. Hilltop gave great views of the surrounding forest and wonderful sunrises and sunsets.
There is a nice, paved walkway around the perimeter of the park with plenty of doggy poop bag dispensers with trash cans. The clubhouse can handle 50+ people. Dog run area is okay. Laundry facilities are nice. There are two saunas and a pool with shower facilities. Propane sales from the office. All facilities are neat and clean.
There is a shuttle to take you to the casino about every 20 minutes. Although there are non-smoking areas in the casino, there is no escaping the smoke.
We had good ATT & Verizon signals. The Verizon however might have been great for cellphone coverage there was very little data throughput. Our travel partner's T-mobile hotspot was hitting 350 mbps. Starlink ranged from 5 - 100 mbps with no obstructions of the northern sky.

All campsites are on dirt and close to being level. I had to use a couple leveling blocks. All the sites are nestled among the pine trees and many sites have views of the lake. The lake was very low. So much so that the boat launch was closed.

We arrived just after check in. Process was simple and quick even with the Covid restrictions. Water and electricity were provided. They had a vacuum truck that you can pay for to empty your black and gray water tanks before heading down the road. The pump on the vacuum truck did not work well and the hose had a lot of duct tape on it so the process took a long time and did not evacuate all of the tanks.

Otherwise other campers were courteous and no noise problems. I don't remember if the showers or bathroom were open, I think not, but we did not need to use. There is gun fire off in the distance which I assume is hunting in the woods. One of the kids played golf close by and we did some hikes.

I would like to go back when there is more water in the lake. It will be more scenic then.

Had a wonderful time at this RV park. Our site was overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The park sits on a bluff above the Pacific Coast Highway. At times it was quiet and others it was very noisy. I'll take the view and live with the intermittent noise.
Getting into the space can be tight. Not lots of maneuvering room so can be a bit challenging if you are a newbie with a trailer. Lots of additional parking so I was able to get the trailer in place and then park my truck just a few yards away to maximize usable outdoor space.
No wood fires or charcoal barbecues allowed. The dump station was closed. I didn't need it because we reserved full hookup but not every space has sewer available.
The staff was friendly but they really need to upgrade their credit card system. Buying from the store required 1990s credit card processing. Given Covid I would have thought touchless payment processing would be mandatory.
The park sits right across the street from the beach and next door is Malibu Seafood & Fish Market. The food at the market was great and we barbequed some fresh fish from there as well. We will go back to this location next time we are in the area and recommend visiting.

Odell Lake Resort is a picturesque location. Nice amenities such as restaurant, horse facilities, cabins, and boat launch. The travel trailer sites, especially along the lakeside are very limited. This is strictly boondocking with no hook-ups.

You cross a small bridge to check-in with the office. You will need to drive down to the boat launch to make a circular turn to get back over the bridge to access the campsite road. The campsite road is single wide with a loop at the end. It would be very difficult to navigate the road when a truck and trailer wanted to leave the campground while another was entering.

The campsites along the lake are mostly crowned and not level. By luck we ended up at site 18 which was relatively level and not crowned. What I mean by crowned is the trailer site falls off on either side. You can get your trailer leveled, but when you want to step out of your trailer there is a bit off a drop on either side.

We didn't have wind the first night in, but did the second night so we closed our awning. Lovely to be in the trees but our solar did not produce much electricity for the batteries so we need to run our generators to give us sufficient power. Trash bins are at the road entrance so if you end up in higher numbered sites it is a trek to drop off your trash. There are a couple pit toilet facilities along the campsite road. Not sure I would want a site next to one of those given the smell.

Overall a nice location and great for tent camping as well cab-over truck campers. Larger rigs, ours is a 27ft travel trailer, is limited. Staff was friendly.
