We initially had trouble negotiating the website to make a reservation for an overnight RV slip. Calling the number constantly went to voice mail but in the end it turned out the resort had just shifted to their off season and we’re only operating Thursday to Sunday. This is a small but beautiful resort In addition to full hookup RV sites there are very nice cabins for rent as well. The RV slips have well manicured grass between sites and a nice picnic bench. The resort was in the middle of installing a complete sprinkler system so the grass areas were a bit torn up but they are investing in the facility so that didn’t bother us. All RV sites have a great view of Flathead Lake and it’s just a couple hundred feet walk to the lake. The RV slips back right up to highway 93 so there is some traffic noise. There is a small clean casino and a foot restaurant on site. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We will stay here again.

We are staying in this facility for 2 months. It’s only April so we got off-season rates which work out to be less than $25 a day. Come June the tourists arrive so we either pay those rates or vacate. Due to the unprecedented winter with heavy snow, it has been very cold and there are no leaves on the trees yet. But the facility is great. Right in town so everything is close by. The street noise is minimal. Nothing that bothered us. The laundry, bathrooms and showers are very clean and maintained. The hosts are very helpful and friendly but live off site. However they are just a phone call away if you need something after hours. Wi-fi has a good signal but congested in the early evenings when everyone is”home” and can crawl to a standstill. Mornings and afternoons there doesn’t seem to be a problem. Our site is perfectly level (#38).

We live about three hours away and came here just to get out of town for a few nights. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our site was perfect. A little close to the neighbors but there were no issues. The sites are gravel with grass in between and there’s a picnic table at each site. There’s a common dump site at the entrance to the park. Wifi was good as was cell reception. Yes the park is near the highway but was not an issue for us.

Our first ever trip in our new RV. We were not disappointed. Site 17 was completely level with close hook ups. Very close to Glacier National Park. Beautiful fishing pond and small park.

Definitely Quiet and Peaceful. We stayed here one night and were quite satisfied with the park. It's no frills at the moment but there's room to expand and upgrade. There are about 12 back-in sites with full hook ups. No showers, restrooms or laundry. The park is about a mile off the main highway. The owners are very nice and checked with us well after we settled in to make sure everything was OK. I uploaded some pictures but we were here in early spring and the trees have not blossomed yet. I'm sure it looks better once there is foliage.

We could not get into the RV park located in Grand Canyon but found this park had space. We stayed in early April and this park was only about one third full. The location is superb being one mile from the park entrance and close to all the restaurants in Tuyusan. This is not an upscale park but it has all the amenities we like to see and the staff is very friendly. They can book any Grand Canyon tours for you from the office. Our site was on a base of gravel and dirt but was level. Not sure how muddy it gets when it rains but at over 7000 feet in elevation, we woke to a frozen water hose in the morning. The second night we hooked up the heated water hose and were fine. Just be aware it can get cold here real quick. Water pressure out of the tap was 40psi but we hooked up the water regulator anyway. Very quiet at night but our space was behind the back of a grocery store and there is some commercial noise during the day. There are some long term/full time tenants but they are towards the back of the park.

I'm not sure why some of the previous reviews are complaining about the rules of this park. The rules are really no different than the rules you have in other parks. I think the owners are very well organized and are attempting to keep this park at the high level of operation we can see. Perfect location. Within walking distance of downtown Sedona. Mature tall trees give excellent shading. We were in site #56 and found it level ans well manicured. Some sites are closer to their neighbors than others but well placed fences and hedges give you more privacy. The water pressure comes out of the tap at 60 psi so you have to have a water regulator.

This is a seniors only RV park and most of the sites are permanent residences. That being said they do have a handful of sites for the transient RVer. We called ahead and made a reservation. Cash only - no credit cards or checks. The location is ideal as it is within walking distance of downtown Prescott. The park is mature with plenty of shade from the established trees. We had a bit of a time squeezing into our back up space with a 32 foot motorhome. We were close to the main road but really didn't have any street noise to speak of. Very quiet and peaceful.

We really liked this facility. We stayed in April when the weather was perfect. Warm but not too hot. The park is right off highway 89 just north of Lake Havasu City. Easy in and out of the park and minutes to town. Very clean and level sites. Hookups were ell placed. The pool and clubhouse were neat and clean.Just a little highway noise.
