Most sites are occupied by what looks to be long term residents in really run down rigs. Cinder blocks and 2x4’s everywhere. One lady was outside screaming about cops and someone needed to pay her. A bit unsettling.

Site was not anywhere close to level. It was an easy pull through and the campground is cheap and literally ON 75.

The pond there is actually cute. The manager was also really nice. We didn’t explore much of the park other than that.

Prepare for traffic and train noises all the time. This is not a quiet stop.

This place is cool. A nice pool. Peaceful creek. Stellar game room/pool hall. Tons of playground options. A few random chickens in a little coop. It really offers everything, except wifi (only available in game room really) or cell service. This is your place to unplug.

The roads are well maintained. Sites are in excellent shape and hookups are super clean. Park is really in great shape.

We would completely stay here again.

Camp host greeted us and escorted to site in the back of the park for our Class A full hookup. Gorgeous site backing up to the bird sanctuary trail. Hookups are easy to use and conveniently placed. Cable did not work. And no wifi in the back of the park makes it difficult. We had decent signal with Verizon but virtually none on our t-mobile. I wouldn’t expect starlink to work as your nestled in amongst the live oaks and Spanish moss. Golf carts are a fun way to get around. The trails work for kids to ride bikes and there are a lot of e-bikes everywhere. We found the campsite pleasant with plenty of room. Close to Driftwood Beach, the fishing pier, short trek to the sea turtle center or Mosaic.

They’re currently under construction for a new expansion project. My kids loved playing in the construction sand!!
