Stopped for the night. Decent night stay. Some highway and train noise but slept through it. Was able to call ahead and speak to someone prior to arrival. Helpful.
We stayed for an overnight passing through. They had spots available for July 4, which was a relief. Owner was nice on the phone and after hours check in was easy. The park does need some maintenance, but it is huge and right on the river. That makes for interesting scenery. They also have trails, but I wasn’t there long enough to explore.
It was a short stay, but we want to come back. Clean, with nice vistas and a short hiking trail. Quaint.
It’s nice. The owner has been trying to sell the place and told me he finally did. Hopefully the new owners are accommodating and enthusiastic as it is a really nice location with nice rustic amenities. This is our second stay and we would stay again.
Very rustic. Seems like a few full timers. Outdoor talking past curfew. It was decent.
Nice place. Some full timers. Nice convenience store and amenities. Path to deck overlooking Lake Erie.
This was a nice stop. No full hookups available, yet many electric only sites available. Maybe people are living at this park. Moderately well kept shower/toilet rooms.
See previous review. Pizza on site too!
Nice campground. It was full. We paid for a premium site and got a nice end spot with room to spread out a bit. Other spots are closer together.
