Very nice KOA campground with close proximity to Eureka Springs. The hosts here have always been great and the new owners went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. We stayed in one of the new luxury sites which definitely has its nice touches. A bit on the dusty side with the new construction.

We love this state park. The park is absolutely beautiful with large, well kept, private, wooded sites. The park offers a lot to do with hiking, kayaking, fishing and a pool for the kids. Always one of our favorite places to spend the weekend in BetteJoe.

This campground does have a lot going for it with a nice office, clean pool and showers. But, it is also very cramped with virtually no trees (which is odd for a place named Majestic Oaks). A bit further away from the water than we expected as well.

Overall nice campground... just make sure to get a site close to the office. Campground host was extremely nice and helpful. Just a few watch outs...the main road getting to the park can be busy with traffic moving fast; the shower room had minim air conditioning and was hot (we were there in July), the back sites had virtually no shade.

This campground can be quite busy during the weekend but is in a great location on Beaver Lake and has nice wooded sites. The campground can be noisy (our weekend stay had a band playing at the pavilion on Friday evening). But, as long you take it in stride, this campground is worth visiting.
