Couldn’t see the bridge through fog/weather—which was unlucky, but this is apparently the case sometimes: if this happens it completely wipes out a visit here
My 3 year-old daughter had an amazing time here—it was a highlight of a huge roadtrip—less interesting if you don’t want to ride to the top of the Arch; more of an impressive monument than a national park

We just saw a few of the lakes (Bear Lake is worth getting a reservation for), but it was still impressive, and obviously a major National Park
Essentially a solid state park with history and a nice trail

A top National Park without National Park crowds—make sure to see the badlands here as well as the petroglyphs (and fry bread)
Strange mix of underwhelming and impressive

Second favorite National Park at this time: the redwoods are so impressive that it’s worth detouring through an economically-depressed landscape to see them
Hazy and could barely see lake, half the lake was closed to public for a race—but I sensed in good conditions it would be an impressive place
See “overrated” in the dictionary. The conditions were terrible when we went, but even on a nice day this would have disappointed
It’s overrated, but I’m not sorry we went—definitely worth seeing if you’re taking a roadtrip anywhere near it, but not spectacular
