Active military free, veterans discounted 1/2 price and they discounted my kids 1/2 price too. With that said, we enjoyed the site. It was a great spot to take in some science and history during our road trip. The museum was very interactive for the kids. After going through the museum, the crater did not disappoint. It was fascinating.

Awesome RV park! Very patriotic site, with the pool bottom painted as American flag. They provide first night to active duty "free". They also have a BBQ every night and have a nice little park, golf, and large outdoor chess game to keep the young ones entertained. Facilities were clean. Pay laundry site available. Definitely will be a frequent return site. Close to several outdoor activities to explore while at this RV site.

Stopped at this RV park after office closed to do a late registration. I couldn't believe that this was the same RV site that I read about online. The entrance was behind/next to a gas station, down a gravel road, and the smell of country air (cow manure) was just too much to take. We ended up driving through and driving out to a different RV park.

Great experience! About 1/2 mile walk up to volcano. Trail was a little difficult to walk, make sure that you have good shoes because the rock like trail makes traction sometimes difficult. Multiple sites of interest posted on trail with corresponding brochure to tell about sites of interest. Ice cavern was 400 meters away. Slippery spots on trail also. The temperature of the ice cave made a delightful cool off after the hot walk up to the volcano overlook. In addition, they offer a gem and arrowhead panning experience that my kids loved! The bag was very generous in the amount of gems and arrowheads for $7 each sold independently.
