This completely changed my view of Boise and Idaho. This is an incredible monument to all the lives that have been lost in mass tragedies, not just the holocaust. There are also signs about the history behind how this monument ended up in Boise. Definitely a must-see if you're in the area. Almost brought me to tears.

This is a very small park but boasts an impressive view of the gorge and has a walkable bridge across it for good photo opps.

It's a bridge, not much to see. The gorge beneath it is very impressive and beautiful.

This is one of those waterfalls you must see. It was a little sad to see all the houses and developments right behind it though.

We got some great views and great pictures on Antelope Island. I would recommend hiking and camping as opposed to just driving through. You'll get much more out of it. Also, the lake is in a huge drought right now so the tide is very low.

Great view of SLC from the peak. Be careful not to take what looks like a path going up the south side of the mountain. It is gated off for a reason. We happened to attempt it and realized half-way up that it gets incredibly steep and is not a safe way to reach the top. I was very disappointed at how much the place is littered and spray-painted. Very sad to see how little some people care about shared parks.

This is a great museum for young children but is not at all geared for teens and adults. Not to mention the vast majority of displays are replicas not actual fossils. I was very disappointed and would recommend against coming here unless it's to give your children something to do.

Make sure to check the schedule for when the cave is open because you can't go inside most of the year. I think you may also need to schedule in advance a tour of the cave. Unfortunately we went when it was closed and could only hike the trails. Incredible views of the mountains. I'm looking forward to coming back and seeing the cave system.

This is an interesting conglomerate of Hindu temple, co-op farm, yoga studio, Indian restaurant, and South Asian nick-nack store. I wouldn't go out of your way to see it, but it's something interesting if you're in the area or if your taking a class there.

Some of the most amazing landmarks you can see in the US. Do not pass this by! We tried going back at night also to try to see the milky way but it turns out it's too close to civilization. The lights from Grand Junction blot out the sky.
