The campground is very basic. Nothing special. Easy to get huge rigs in. Tons of space. Cheap. Great views. Easy in , easy out for a night. When we were there it was very windy!!!

You drive down a bunch of farm access roads to get here. Very large flat parking spots. Kinda in a field. Is not right on the river. It’s a bit of a walk to the water. In great shape. 3 night limit. Contrary to the web site it is not open all year round.

Easy in easy out. Potable and non potable water. Donations accepted.
Good for a night. Just off the highway but no highway noise. Stayed one night in the off season. Nov 1 till spring it’s $25 per night with full hookups. Most of the 50 amp spots are taken with full timers in the winter. Bathrooms and showers are closed off season. Easy in. Nice grass on November 28th.

A fine spot for a night. The bathrooms, showers, laundry and grounds are clean and well kept. Train noise isn’t that bad. Staff was very nice. Spots are wide with easy in and out. WiFi only worked in the office for me. I even walked around the grounds a tested it. It probably shouldn’t be advertised as having it in the park.

The first reviewer said what needs to be said. Att service is unusable. It’s now $20 per spot. Both loops have their own host. I liked the spots in loop A the best but they are not reservable. Pretty forested area. I’d go back.

Very simple, but flat ground with fire rings and pit toilets. Obviously no amenities but an absolutely stunning location. Very quiet unless perhaps you’re here during duck hunting season.
It’s in a decent location between Reno and Carson City. You’ll definitely hear car noise but it isn’t overly aggravating. The lower RV sites are decent but you still need to do some blocking to get your rig level. The uphill sites are tiny and I wouldn’t want to try unless I had a van or a truck camper and you’re gonna have to do some heavy duty chocking and blocking. I think the reviewer weroamandrambke covered it best. Firewood is now $8.

First of all Frankie is the man. He’s so welcoming and such a great guy. It’s a well-established RV park with lovely spots that are reasonably level in a huge Glade of lovely Ponderosa trees, the store is well stocked but expensive so I would load up before I headed up there. They have a small bathrooms which are adequate but the showers are hot. I would totally go back.
