Air Capital RV Park

Friendly and very helpful. Nice area for walking our dog, and several places close by to eat. Not like camping at a lake, but convenient for visiting our daughters when we have family things to do in Wichita. We have stayed here a couple of times, and will likely stay here again.

Easy to access off of I35. Good electricity and water. Staff is friendly and helpful. Very, very clean. No trees but there is decent grass areas in between sites. Also a very long grassy area to walk dogs. Good restaurants close by and several deliver too. This is our third time here.

Friendly and very nice. We were escorted to our site. We had full hook up with cable. The wifi was excellent. There are plenty of eateries close by. Pads are all concrete. They are a little close but no problem. They are big rig friendly. Our rig is 40' and we tow a Ford F150. We did have to unhook after we set up. I would stay here again. We were here two nights. This is a Good Sam park. I had ATT 5G with full bars.

Did a stopover here and I’d do it again. This is the nicest stopover on an interstate that we’ve experienced. The park is all concrete and very clean. There are lush grass pads between sites. We had just stayed at a muddy place the night before, so we appreciated the fact we could just hook up and have dinner without mopping the floor. It’s right off I35 at a toll booth, so the traffic noise was not bad at all.

Absolutely would stay again. We used a pull through site, 70’, I believe. We pulled our Class C with car hauler in and had no problems with hook-ups. Bathrooms with showers and laundry is available, but we just used on-board. Target, Lowe’s, Walmart, etc just 12min away - Kellogg Rd has everything. Fast food is walking distance from park. WiFi is available. Surprised how quiet it was with the roadways nearby but we had no outside noise.

This is located right off Highway 35 which makes it super convenient. Also the staff is very friendly, the roads are all concrete, all sites are concrete and flat, and the grass in between sites as well cared for. Lots of amenities in walking distance even makes this one of the best just off the highway stops I’ve had.

Easily accessible all-concrete RV Park just off I-135.
- Staff was friendly and helpful.
- Sites were large with green space between sites.
- Restrooms/showers were clean.
- Includes cable TV hookup.
- WiFi is good as well.
- Walmart and several fast-food locations are close by.
- They pick up your daily trash each morning.

Good spot to stay a night or two and explore Wichita. Close to major highways with noticeable 18-wheeler noise at night. Spots are close together and a little pricey, but checked all the boxes and had friendly staff.

We tried the original NuWay burgers on Douglas street. They house make their root beer daily, serve in frozen glass mugs and hand made onion rings and crumbly burgers. Definitely putting NuWay on the list!

Frank Loyd Wright Allen house was closed but the curator let us walk the grounds very cool.

Park has concrete roads & sites, pull-thru as well as back-in. Utilities placed appropriately & worked well. Staff is very friendly. Mail/packages may be sent here & staff will notify you when they arrive.

Numerous services available with Dillons (Kroger) just a few blocks down the street. Wichita is a metro city (500,000) so some may find it noisy but it did not bother us. Streets in the park are extra wide but sites are closer together than most, separated by a small strip of grass.

Electric is only included in the daily rate. Weekly & monthly are metered.

Friendly lady at the office. Clean shower house, also has a coin laundry. No picnic tables, small playground. $47 with discount for a back-in site, full hookups. Large rig friendly. Had 4 bars cell coverage with Consumer Cellular. Sites are pretty close together.
