Confirmed by 3 users | Last reported on August 09, 2021We stayed here for a week during the end of January while in Denver visiting family. It's very close to a large T&A truck stop that has most of the things you'd expect which is convenient. It's on the west end of Denver, which is great if you're heading into the mountains on 70. The area is quite, 44th gets busy at times but it's usually slow which makes getting in and out easy.
We stayed in a full hookup site, but the water/electric were on opposite side as the sewer - which was confusing. In the end it worked out, just make sure you park so all your lines work out. The site was small and narrow, this isn't a vacation spot - the sites aren't setup for hanging out and enjoying the weather. There was a huge chuck of concrete missing from the slab on our site (see pic). The site was level.
We made reservations via email, the ladies were very friendly and fun to talk to. They were flexible and accommodating to our schedule as we didn't know for sure when we'd be leaving.
The amenities are setup for full-timers, and it appears that they may have had issues with the residents abusing the facilities in the past. There are more rules here than other RV parks we've been to, lots of little signs warning that if you do something (like wash blankets in the laundry) that all privileges will be revoked and they'll close the faculties for everyone. The same goes for the bathroom - while they have 8 bathrooms (private w/toilet, shower and sink) they provide each camper with a key that only works for one of them. This means that if someone is in your bathroom and all 7 others are open you have to wait for that person to finish in your bathroom. There are several older washer/dryers in the same building as the bathrooms, we didn't use them.
I would stay here again if I needed to be on the west end of Denver for a short stay. It's convenient and the staff was awesome.

Easy access off I-70. Best price in the area. Very full. Spaces are close to each other but the advantage of being in town is a trade-off. At the of my stay, there were no future sites available and the waiting list is long.

Camp staff were super friendly and more than willing to help out with anything including freely loaning power cables and adapters. Spots are tight but the full time people are great neighbors. Campsites are clean, doesn’t look like you can have a fire ring or anything. Park entrance easy to get into from 44, a few blocks from the interstate but no interstate noise that I’ve noticed. Barely any city noise (occasional fire truck but not bad. Decent part of town and less than 10 miles from downtown Denver with light traffic

We were so lucky they had a spot for us! Being as it is the beginning of summer and we were just passing through, they were able to get us in last minute! Love it here! Even the back in sites are easy to get in and out of. We have full hook up and the wifi works great!

Pros:
Convenient to Denver
Cell signal was good
Park, walking trail and lakes behind the campground that was nice
The office staff was helpful and friendly
Laundry facilities were good but need to fix some of the broken ones
Cons:
All dirt and gravel, no green spaces
Lots of seasonal/permanent residents
VERY tight spots, it was hard to park our truck with our TT
For our site (#41), the sewer was on the correct side, but water and electric were on the wrong side.
WIFI was unusable.

If you want to be close to Denver, then this is a great place to be. That's exactly what we needed when we were here at the end of July 2019 for a couple nights; it's just a short drive to all the amenities and stores we needed.
But it is basically a parking lot. Rigs are as close as I've ever seen them in an RV park, and being summer, everyone was running AC so it wasn't quiet. That being said, we weren't in the RV much as we were out running errands.
We paid $34 for a water and electric site - they have a dump station (free for guests) on site so we didn't see the need to pay extra for full hookups for 2 nights. As you'd expect for being in a major city, cell signal was good:
AT&T: 118Mbps down / 14.5Mbps up / 48ms ping
Verizon: 43.7Mbps down / 5.19Mbps up / 21ms ping
If we needed to be in Denver again, I'd almost certainly come back here - it worked out great for what we needed. Simple and relatively inexpensive for its location.

Set expectations, it’s in a major city. Wife said noise was loud at night I did not hear it. Office staff was very helpful, there are a lot of people staying full time. No one bothered us and it was not a problem. When you pull in you may be hesitant but great spot to stay and be close to Denver. There is a Great Lake and trail you can access, you can bike the trail to downtown Denver or Golden. 45 minute bike ride, also a great spot for dogs. Cell signal was spotty and wireless was not great. Bought a weboot cell booster for the trip and using that helped. Place is safe and would stay again if I was passing through Denver.

It’s a parking lot with hook up. Ppl were friendly and a park with walking trails right behind. That was nice. No place to let the dog off leash though.

Like others have said, it is basically a parking lot in the middle of Denver. The staff is terrific and dogs are welcome as long as they are on a leash. There is a very nice park close by with a lot of excellent walking trails. The bathrooms and laundry room are good.

We stayed just 1 night, and it is packed. Almost like sardines in a can. Not much space in between sites, if your trailer is big you wont have enough space to even park the truck. We didnt even try the wifi as she said its not even strong enough to stream. One thing we did like was the semi private bathroom and shower. They have 8 individual full bathrooms and you get a key to just 1 of them. Neet idea and private so for bathroom I would give them 4 stars. Other than that as mentjoned only 1 night stay so cant rate too much.
