This is a beautiful setting along the Columbia River Gorge. Every campsite has a view of the river. There are only 23 first come first serve camp sites that are nicely spaced and taken care of. It is for 🏕 tents and RV alike. It is rustic but comfortable. There is a bathhouse at the other end of the park with showers and flush toilets. There can be a little train noise from time to time, so if you are a light sleeper, bring some earplugs. Fun for the whole family. And don’t worry, the camp host is no pushover and will address those(1 star reviewers)who refuse to follow the simple rules that keep this place a wonderful camping experience.

The views from most sites are a bit obscured by the trees, but those same trees made for a great hammock hanging location. There are no hookups here, but there is a potable water spigot at the camp entrance, and a few gray water dumps dotted around. The campground has porta potties with showers and flushing toilets in the park near next door. At&T has two bars with a little slow but usable service. You will hear some trains.

This place I’m shocked wasn’t full in June out here! The host is amazing and kind, the lay out is great, and the views are lovely. Love the primitive feel of there being no playground and obnoxious things. Just sweet simple lovely camping. Close to a ton of great spots to check out as well. Safe and cozy is what I need as a solo camper and this did it for me. Showers that are hot are available. Lots of bathrooms and trash cans to keep things clean, decent cell service with t mobile, and easy to find.
