This is a gorgeous new RV park. Located in a quiet area and with shopping and downtown Vale within 1 mile it's very conveniently located. Every site has 30 & 50 amp service, water and sewer hookups.

We arrived a little later than expected, but we had info on our site and found it fairly easily. All sites are pull thru, which is nice! The camp host came and met us and answered our questions. The facilities are great, they even have a game room! The only negative was there was only wi-fi in the main building.

The best thing about this park is that it is brand new. The owners have obviously put a lot of time, money, and effort into making an outstanding layout, with space for privacy and big rigs. Pads are gravel and were level. The "grass" is artificial, which is not too surprising considering the lack of rainfall in the area, but the green spots are plenty big enough for a picnic table, chairs, and a firepit. We had full hookups and everything worked fine. There was a dog park, showers, laundry, and bathrooms, although we did not use any of these; based on what we saw elsewhere, they are probably better than fine. Reservations were easy to make and getting into the park was easy.
The bad news. Our reserved site was changed twice, once before we arrived and again when we arrived. There apparently is an issue with their booking system, which probably has been resolved as I write this.
There is not a tree in the place. That said, temps were 45 at night and 75 the day we were there, but that sun was beating down. I can't imagine it in July. There was no picnic table or firepit. I was not surprised about the firepit since the green is artificial, but the lack of a picnic table seemed pretty basic. There is no WiFi. I was really surprised that this was so with this being a new park. Finally, the owner had reminded us that Google sends you to the wrong place to get in the park. We knew that, but still missed the gate. No problem to turn around and come back, but, if you did follow Google, you wound up on a one lane road with no option but to back out. They are trying to get this squared away with Google, but you know that can take a while.
I think there is all kinds of potential here. The owners seem sincerely dedicated to making this a great place to stay, but I think it is a work in progress. And they are going to have to do something about the lack of trees.

This park is so new, it's not even finished. Several rows of sites are still in progress but most are ready and really, really well done. The gravel pull throughs are nice and easy, level, worth nothing to get in the way when entering or exiting your site. Grass area for each site is large and clean. Dog park is going to be so nice! As of our visit, it was an "off leash" area because the grass, trees, doody bags and trash can were all there, but fence wasn't up. Fence goes up very soon! Clubhouse was very nice and clean, bathrooms were clean. Everything is brand new and it shows. Quiet night, our dog loved the grassy shaded park, husband got lots of groceries just up the street, host was so nice and helpful.

I’m so glad we found this RV park on the way to our next job. It’s very new, $45/night/FHU, and quiet. We only stayed on night which was perfect. I like how they used turf instead of real grass. My dogs were so funny running around on it. Beware crossing the railroad tracks if you’re coming thru town heading West towards the park. I suppose they unload and load train cars there because they were going back and forth and stopping so we had to wait a while to cross. Despite being so close to railroad tracks, I don’t remember ever hearing one. The website was very easy to use to reserve online although we weren’t able to due to technical difficulties on our end. They were so nice to let us set up then run down the street to get cash even though I don’t think they normal accept cash.
