Spear Hunting Museum

The SPEAR CHUNKER created a first class SPEAR HUNTING MUSEUM located on Hwy 59 in Summerdale, Alabama-- about 10 miles from the Gulf of Mexico. It was opened in 2006 and is dedicated solely to spear hunting. It has over 7,600 square feet of wall space to hold most of the SPEAR CHUNKER'S trophies and other spear memorabilia that he has collected from all over the world. It is open from Tuesday through Saturday from 1 to 5 PM. The curator, Heather, has 45 big game animals on her spear tally. The Spear Chunker is usually there at the museum during open hours (if he's not "gone hunting"). The Spear Hunting Museum is the Spear Chunker's masterpiece, and he preaches every chance he has that spear hunting is an expansion of hunting. Just like Fred Bear expanded hunting through bow hunting to where it is today, spear hunting is going and is destined to go the same path that bow hunting has gone. People and the human mind just thrive on new challenges. The surest way to overcome the "antis" threat to hunting is to expand hunting. That is the Spear Chunker's goal and is the goal of the Spear Hunting Museum.
