It’s a pick your own spot kinda place. The quiet at night we liked -so overall for us this place worked. Keep in mind when you arrive you will be checking in at someone’s residence. First time we’ve checked in -in someone’s living room. Also - right across the street is a livestock farm - 100s of cows mooing. The quiet at night is right out the door first thing in the morning with lots of cramped cows mooing. Good stuff.
Very basic park, but flat spot with utilities that worked and pull through made it an easy one night stop when I was in need of a dump, and fresh water after nearly a week of boondocking.
It was snowing and cold but the rig stayed warm on 50 amps and wi fi worked ok, not great, but ok for an older park in the middle of nowhere. Quiet when I was there. A traveling minister tried to preach to me and warn me that I should not be traveling alone even though he was, but I managed to put him off. That is certainly not the park's fault.

I’m sure this used to be a mobile home park but right now it is a very convenient near the interstate spot to spend a night or two . The restrooms are extremely clean As well as the laundry room
The camp post owner is very pleasant and accommodating

We hit weather heading west on I-70 and we’re happy that this spot was freeway close. When we pulled in, we saw that it was mostly empty but had a storm shelter in case the tornado siren went off. Was THRILLED to find super clean bath house AND laundromat!!!! Only reason giving it 4 stars is because some sites need some TLC, like our cable TV cord was cut off.

No one else here, so nice staff said " just pick one". I think all are pull through. Level site. We got across street from clean, cool shower/coin laundry. Wifi worked. Convenient to 70, but we could not hear. Definitely would use again.
