Confirmed by 3 users | Last reported on July 02, 2023Easy to get to from I 70 Debbie and the manager were really friendly in fact Debbie made a pizza she sells pizzas when the local restaurants aren’t open and it was delivered directly to my campsite on the creek. I was tent camping and van camping so it was really sweet to be right along the creek I would come here again
Pros...
-Spacious enough sites
-playground
-next to a quaint town
-path down to the river for exploring
-cabins
-pretty area
-close to the highway, so convenient
Cons...
-our site connection for the black tank was elevated and didn't allow gravity to work correctly for emptying, so we had to drive over to the dump station
-train track runs parallel to the campground. Very quiet when it's not running through.
I don't have a receipt but I think we received a passport america discount. We would stay here again if passing through.

First off the people working were really great. Happy to help, suggest, and the office is open late if you need anything. Lots of food and snacks as well as personal supplies are for sale.
The site was basic but surrounded by woods and the kids enjoyed the creek area. One thing I had not read about was the train tracks that border the property. The train runs through pretty regularly and if you are a light sleeper you will wake up.
The bathrooms were really hot and humid. A good fan would really help in there. Honestly they are old but in good repair.
WiFi was spotty at best and I had to relog in several times.

It’s a very nice park with a lovely walk near a creek. Little office with a few groceries and breakfast could be purchased and delivered to our RV for $6. The town is a step back in time. We like this campground. There is a train track near but we didn’t here it at night with the fans on.

We stayed here for a couple of months and we were very happy here. Owner very nice and helpful! Went above and beyond. They also have pizza's and other food that you can order and they will deliver it to you camper. It was great. We forgot our bottom step that can be added and Don brought one down. I didn't even ask but he had an extra. We have a 38' rv and had no issues parking. It was a long pull thru. We would stay here again gladly if we are back in this area. Also had fast internet which was really nice.
Hope this helps out!

This place is a gem. Easy access off 70, they cute town of Paxico. Cross railroad tracks into a haven of green and antiques. The owners Deb and Dan are great. All sites are pull-thru so unhooking or big rigs is no issue. FHU all good. Lots of open green fields with big trees dot the property. The creek borders one side. A storm shelter just in case. Nice playground and open spaces for the kiddos to burn off energy. Did not use the bathrooms or showers so cannot comment on them. Would recommend this and will stay again if in the area. There is a train track along one side, actually right behind our site, was not an issue to us but be aware there is train noise

Good overnight stop pull through sites and full hookups. Park is situated between I-70 and the railroad that parallels the interstate. The weather was hot so we were closed up with A/C on so didn’t hear the interstate. The trains were mostly quiet but a one or two blew their horns as they passed. Didn’t use the facilities so can’t comment on them. The park is clean with some long term customers.

We are headed across the country on i70 and needed a place to stay with water and electric hook ups. Milk Creek fit the bill nicely and at a reasonable rate. I probably wouldn’t choose it for a longer term stay but it met our needs perfectly.

We stopped here for a night. When we found out we could order pizza for dinner and it would be delivered we sprang for it!
Yes there is a train nearby but we barely heard it with the AC off and not at all when on.
They also offer breakfast but we left early next day.

I am going to sat “ditto” on the pass reviews. Nice and easy, showers were big and clean. Ordered Pizza (homemade) delivered to your site. 👍…great for overnight. Even had shade trees. Did not have time to check the little town out. Wi-Fi was vg.
