We had no idea what to expect, but we really enjoyed our time here. Located in a pretty park with a historical house on site and good nature/hiking trails. There was free laundry on site, but only one washer and one dryer. Easy in and out. Large Concrete pads and dirt/gravel roads. Very peaceful and no problems with att service. The only complaint we had was that it was very well lit up at night, which is good if you’re afraid of the dark, but takes away some of the nature feel.

Very green, nice lawns and tall trees (though not much shade in the camping area itself). It appears there mostly longer-term guests here but there were several open sites. Concrete pads including picnic table pad plus full hookups. Also appears to be walk-up self-registration on the porch of the red cabin. The number listed here is provided if assistance is needed.
It was a pleasant Sunday afternoon and people were out playing cornhole and eating. Campers and sites were neat and well kept. I noticed some WiFi antennas on the registration building and connected as a guest (no PW needed) and got 30 down and 17 up! My T-Mobile had a few bars of 5G with 38 down and 7 up.
Curiously the road in from Hwy 169 had a sign "CAUTION - subject to sudden and catastrophic sinkholes". The area seems to be at risk for that.

This small campground has full hook ups at each site. Some tv reception over antenna. It is occupied by long term campers who leave for work in their loud diesel trucks in the wee hours of the morning. It is not a restful place for recreational campers. There is no laundry, no fire pits, no lantern posts, nor shade. People do not sit out in the evenings, but sit inside with air-conditioning. Air conditioning is essential as there is no shade. There is a 1mike nature trail that loops around the park and across the road there is an archery range and disc golf course.
My biggest concern was safety. This is a County Park without gates. Anyone can drive through the park. Homeless come and use showers. Day camp children roam through campground. Very unsettling.

This is a nice full hook-up site with concrete pad. This is an old plantation that is supposedly haunted.
