At the original location they pump out a ton of meat a day, everyday.

We got the sampler platter (2 for 4 adults, 4 kids.) the hostess suggested potato salad and Mac & cheese for our sides. Did NOT disappoint!

Wednesday afternoon lunch with awesome BBQ and live music, added bonus, right off the highway! We enjoyed the brisket and ribs, delicious!
We stopped for lunch on our way west. Great meal and fun location. Plus it's a quick stop off the highway. In the time of COVID 19, we felt they took good precautions. The portions were huge and the leftovers very welcome.

Quirky little BBQ place less than a mile off I10. Ribs were good but not great. Interesting venue built from scraps of wood & tin. Worth stopping if you have the time.
