“Hardcore South Louisiana”
In 2008, four young chefs enrolled at the Louisiana Culinary Institute. They immediately formed a strong team, winning several awards while gaining recognition in the culinary world. In April of 2010, just three months after their graduation, they opened Hot Tails in an old drive-thru convenience store in New Roads, Louisiana. Their new restaurant focuses on a mix of Cajun and Creole cuisine with a touch of creativity. Their cuisine has been referred to as "Hardcore South Louisiana". Having four trained chefs in the kitchen makes Hot Tails a very unique dining experience, maintaining their precision and finesse in every dish, while capturing the fun and rustic atmosphere that we all love in Louisiana.
