Mobile Museum of Art

It is an art museum which features extensive art collections from the Southern United States, the Americas,Europe, and non-western art.  The museum hosts permanent and traveling collections. The permanent collections consist of the African and Asian Collection. Expanded in 2002, the Mobile Museum of Art in beautiful Langan Park is the largest art museum along the Gulf Coast from New Orleans to Tampa. The 95,000 square foot facility is the setting for a permanent collection of over 9,000 works of art spanning two thousand years of culture, as well as world renowned traveling exhibitions and regional art exhibits.
