Currently about half the sites in our loop are being renovated- no water front views but for our short stay- that’s fine And yes- no cash payment accepted- if that’s a problem go elsewhere but if it’s not a concern- it’s a wonderful place to stay.

COE campgrounds are almost always a reliable place to camp, this was no exception. I applaud COE for having "walk-up" sites for those of us who are just traveling through. I had a nice, 30 amp site on the lake…nice except for the minefield of dog feces. Good Verizon coverage.

Reservations are made online through the .gov website listed on the compendium site. Was able to use my national parks pass for a discount. Normal rates are $19.50. We paid 9.50. Partial hook-ups 30amp electric and water.
Beautiful and peaceful. Sites are large, picnic table under a shelter, and grill. Our site is level, with cement under the picnic table and around the firepit.
We are only here for 1 nt, but we would love to spend more time here.
Internet 2 bars Verizon.
Download or bring DVD'S, we didn't get any local stations for night viewing.
You can hear traffic off in the distance, but it didn't disturb us.

We arrived and were able to reserve an open spot on arrival. Appreciate the dump and water. Clean park. Quite location. Great Verizon service.

We spent the afternoon walking around with our granddaughter and boy is the a beautiful area. The primitive camp sites we saw were enormous and private, so beautiful. We didn’t walk to the other side of the water where we saw RV’s parked, so thinking there must be hook ups available.
