Pretty sure it’s the best location of RV Parks in area for walking around Marfa- which you must do! Amazing art/culture/food scene that can’t be missed.
Stella welcomed us with open arms when we arrived to Marfa unexpectedly during a festival weekend.
She had a full hookup spot for us and was very accommodating.
Would absolutely stay again!

I called to make a reservation, which you can’t do ahead of time, and she said it was $5 a night. I was surprised so I confirmed that she said $5 for full hookups. When we arrive we had to go up to the house and she said to take whatever spot was open. I didn’t have cash at the time so we paid on our last day there. When we paid she said it was $30 a night. We might as well have stayed at one of the more official spots because this place isn’t worth $30 a night. The only good thing was the location, but everything is close in Marfa.
Other things to note:
-one of the residents has chimes that we could hear.
-there are some serious thorns on the ground and in the grass I had to take so many out of my dogs paws.

Small park walking distance to town. Typical dusty desert campground. Great 50 amp electric, good water pressure, and sewer. I think they have cable too, but we stream what we want to watch.

I do not recommend this place. We tried calling before showing up and got no answer and when we arrived the office was closed. It’s very sketchy, very run down. Nothing but lifers here. We pulled through an empty spot and waited to see if someone would show up and it was 11am we noticed a fellow lifer was poking around our RV, so we stepped outside to ask if anyone works there, he was definitely on drugs, he had rambling speech and kept throwing his fist up like he was ready to fight. It was very unsettling. We left as soon as he finally walked away. The whole town is run down.
Safe spot, running hot water. Simple secluded not too far from town center
