Welcome to Cajun Country, where you can become Cajun for a day and revel in some of the best food in the bayou. Dwyer’s Café offers hearty food with a Cajun accent like boudin balls, shrimp and crab casserole, catfish courtboullion and shrimp étouffée. Bayou Boudin and Cracklin serves up stellar sausages.
