Confirmed by 5 users | Last reported on June 24, 2023We were just passing through on our way to Denver, but this was a perfect spot to stop for the night. It is easy on and off the interstate, but about a mile away from the interstate so you don't hear the highway noise. The sites are super long and easy to get in and out. Like others said, this is a new park so there is not a lot of landscaping yet, but you can see they are working on that. I was thankful they were open in January since several RV parks along I-70 in Kansas were either closed for the season or did not have running water. We needed water since our water pump was not working. I also appreciated that they did not charge extra for our 2 kids. We try to avoid parks that charge extra for kids, so kudos to this park for being family-friendly.

This campground is not ready for customers, but really my biggest complaint is they lied to me. I booked a night over the phone. They didn’t tell me the condition of the campground. When we got there we found that they do not have paved roads. We had to drive through deep mud instead of roads. The camp site was traveled over the deep mud. Pulling the motorhome onto the site, we immediately sank into the gravel. I didn’t dare drop the leveling jacks or they would have been lost into the mud. Ok, I would have appreciated a heads up about their not ready for customers when I talked to them.
My biggest complaint is that Aaron said he would give me a refund when I contacted them about the conditions. On several occasions he said that he had refunded us when they actually didn’t. It’s been over a month since we should have seen a refund. Instead, I just get lies from Aaron.
DO NOT STAY AT THIS CAMPSITE EVEN IF THEY FINALLY GET IT READY. I DON’T TRUST ANYONE THAT LIES OVER AND OVER AGAIN.
Great location if you are passing through on I-70. Just far enough off the HWY you do not hear the noise from the interstate.

We stayed in site 28, right across from the laundry/coffee/gym/restroom building. Sites were level and easy to get into. Owners were so kind and very accomodating when we needed to stay an additional night due to truck problems. Rv park is new and they are adding more amenities. Everything was so well kept, beautifully manicured, and spotless. The gym was well equipped with a variety of cardio machines and weights. The area was well lit at night but not obnoxious. One of our favorite campground so far. Only small complaint is that due to tremendous rain, the gravel roads were muddy.

This was a wonderful stop. Level gravel site. Plenty of space. Loved the laundry! New machines, super clean and they had a change machine. Had a wonderful room attached with TVs, tables and bending machine. The camp store was one of the best I’ve seen.

Newer campground, friendly staff. Our campsite was level and east to pull in. Glad we could pick up local digital signals because there were severe thunderstorms not too far away. Laundry was easy. Will definitely come back again…hopefully when there is more water in the pond and a movie is showing on the ‘big screen’.

Booked online 30 miles out. Received confirmation within 5 minutes, late checkin Very easy. Brand new park that is expanding. Designer definitely has camping experience. Mostly gravel pull thru sites. Ours was perfectly level. Great water pressure. Large sites wide enough apart and correctly angled for privacy and space. This is a New park!!!! The trees for each site have not had time to mature. There is great use of what trees they do have. The price is Very reasonable. Wifi is great but only 2 bar 4G Horizon.

I wish we had more time to stay here, I really enjoyed this park. We sprung for a Premium pull thru right next to the laundry/Shower/Bathroom building. We got in late and left early so I didnt get to interact with the office but the site and facilities were great. We didnt even have to do any manual leveling. The Laundry area is basically brand new with 4-5 washer and dryers each and then a cute little coffee area with TVs to sit and wait. They had a bunch more amenities like a dog walk/park? but we didnt get to explore those. Only downside is there was a lot of critters around at night and not a lot of tree cover. Spiders and frogs mainly. They didnt mess with us but still eeek lol. All in All it was a very nice simple park.
