Confirmed by 1 users | Last reported on February 13, 2023This is a RV Resort right off the main drag into Gulf Shores. Once here, the beach and all the local touristy attractions are within walking distance. The white sand beach is definitely the draw to this area.
Even though the RV Resort is right in the midst of Gulf Shores, it is tucked inside a bayou area, so it is relatively quiet. Check-in was efficient. Entry roads are paved. The RV pads are concrete with a combination of sand and grass surrounding them. No trees. Electric and water are good. There are two sewer connections at every site, one forward and one further back. The laundry room was clean with machines costing $2 a cycle. There is a small pool that we didn't try, but there were others around it. There are a few seasonal sites in the campground, but they were kept up very neat and clean.
The digital cable had a huge selection of channels. We didn't try the OTA television. Verizon 4G was the FASTEST I have ever experienced. The campground WiFi was mostly good. It would drop out occasionally.
The word Luxury in the name of this resort might be overstating it. I would call the place Comfortable. Still, considering the price of accommodations in this area, this is an excellent choice.
The one drawback of coming to Gulf Shores in an RV is the long drive from the highway to the shore. There were quite a few stop lights, so it was a lot of stop and go.

Our stay here was great. A quiet RV resort with well maintained grounds. Cement pads were level with full hookups and two sewer connection points to help accommodate different RV designs. The sites had plenty of room to park and be outside.
The resort is surrounded by nature. At night on walks in the park we could hear frogs and other wildlife but the sound did not bother us inside our RV or at our site. Very peaceful.
The resort is a very easy 10 minute walk to the beach and even less to many of the restaurants and shops. The resort has well maintained walking paths.
We had a wonderful stay and plan to return. I don’t think the pictures online do the location justice.

The biggest selling point of this park is its location. The beach, restaurants, and stores are within walking distance. The park itself is small, clean and has nice facilities. Most evenings there is some type of activity in the clubhouse and there was a good group of people there the night I went to play cards. The pool was not open yet but that would be a plus. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I've stayed at this park two years for the month of January and one year for December also. The park location is fantastic you can walk to the beach and restaurants and ride your bike to the state park trails. The showers and laundry facilities are clean and nice. The cable is spotty and the WiFi is spotty also cell service is good on Att . When the temperature drops below freezing they shut off the water and closed the bathrooms and laundry room while this is rare I think it is unacceptable. The park infrastructure is in need of updating and I will not be returning next year. There are other parks in the area that have running water at all times and more amenities but not the great location. Hopefully the owners will invest in infrastructure improvements for their guests.

The spaces were nice. No grill, but the staff was pleasant, the grounds were clean, the pool was spacious and it is within walking distance of just about anything. Great restaurants, shops, convenience stores and of course the beach which had live bands and great atmosphere. We will be back for sure!!
