Cracker Barrel

There are signs in the lot that point the way to RV and bus parking like all Cracker Barrels do so I pulled in the back with my van. I always check. When I came out of the bathroom I noticed a sign outside that says no overnight parking where the bus an RV section I guess used to be. I went in and talked to the manager and they said because I would be in my van all night that it would be fine. I'm assuming this is aone off since I am from out of town.

There are signs everywhere that say, “no overnight parking”, but we were hungry and there was a storm pushing through so we thought we’d see what happens. We asked our server and two others at the checkout desk and all three said the rules have changed and overnight parking is allowed! It was a well-lit, quiet place to park. Happy we stopped!

I called ahead to confirm permission (YES), arrived 8:30 pm and parked around side of building. We’ll lit by neighbor car dealer, fairly quiet but next to Interstate. Even treated ourselves to breakfast!

Had a great dinner, asked waitress if we could stay overnight out back. She said “I saw your big bus come in, sure is pretty! Of course, that is fine”. We have a 45’ class A and toad and fit nicely on the back edge without having to unhook, which was nice since it was 28 degrees when we woke up! Lots of room on side and back…4 or 5 other RVs and vans there too. Just far enough from highway not to hear anything (with our noise maker on!)

Nothing much to add, asked to stay overnight and the friendly employees stated no problem, enjoy your stay.

Quite. Plenty of parking cops rolled through quite a few times, so made it more comfy.
