Ratings Summary
We were on a circuitous route from Olympia to the Cascade Lakes area and this campground was along the way. It's the first NFS campground I've found without an iron ranger. Their process is to have the campground host come around to collect, but when we got there the host was off duty, and was still off duty when we left the next morning.

What a cool little campground. The shoreline was teaming with thousands of pollywogs when we were there in June. I can't imagine how loud it would be when they all turn into frogs. Bring a boat if you can to get out on the lake to do some fishing. We caught a small trout from shore, but the deeper water is only accessible by boat.
