Confirmed by 4 users | Last reported on September 10, 2019Had a tough time finding a quick place to stop for the night. This was recommended by a RV park in Caldwell that was full. We were very pleased.
On a Friday night there were very few campers. It is simple, no frills , no picnic tables or fire pits but water and electric. We were able to let our dogs run to do there business without a leash. ( that might have been different if there were more people)A dump station is available for $10 , if you put in $30 of gas it is free. Check in at the Chevron station before driving down to the campground.
There is significant highway noise and lights from agricultural operations but not enough to bother us for one night. Free WiFi

This is called Exit 3 RV Park. The gas station is now an Exxon. You register in the gas station, and it's still $20 for water and electric - 50 amp. The trees make some of the sites tight for larger rigs like ours. We just got out and walked it first, and found an easy in and easy out site. And, so far the interstate noise isn't too bad. It's a cute, quaint spot.

After driving all day, we were able to pull right in. Check in is in the gas station, & they were busy. The park is small, not very scenic. But, for the price, water & electric SOLD. Like the previous reviews said, the trees can be a problem. They do bend pretty easy! We got in, minimal leveling, and had satellite.

This would not have been my first choice, but it was Labor Day weekend, so I assumed Old Fort Boise would be full. It was 95 degrees and I needed air conditioning, so Cow Hollow (only 20 amp) and Martin Landing (no elec) were not options. This place was adequate and served its purpose.
It was a gravel lot behind a gas station and produce barn, with narrow sites with trees each side towards the front and back. With my truck parked in front of the trailer, I could only put my awning out 3 feet. To deploy it fully, I would have had to park the trailer in the center and the truck away from the site.
There were 5 campers who appeared to be permanent residents, but their sites were clean and tidy. A gas station employee drove around the campground regularly, checked the vacated sites, and picked up what little trash blew in from the gas station.
Although it was at the intersection of I-84 and US-95, behind the gas station and beside the diesel lanes, it was not particularly noisy. The only disturbance was from trucks on US-95.
The only problem here was that the ground was covered with sharp seeds, which embedded themselves in my shoes, my rugs and even the 30 amp cord, and repeatedly got into the truck. I had to pick them out of my shoes and the rugs one-by-one. It looked like the offending plants had been cut down from between the sites, but not before they had seeded.
Verizon 4G was 5 bars, -89 dB, 11 Mbps down and 16 up.

Arrived here on December 5th, drove through the facility, went into the store to pay, and was informed the park was closed for the winter. Sorry, forgot to ask when it opened again.

Came here yesterday and it’s closed for the moment. No sign on if and when they are reopening
I just called the attached gas station, and the RV park is permanently closed.
