Confirmed by 1 users | Last reported on January 05, 2020We stayed here on our way to FL. The staff is super friendly and the park was just what we were looking for - full hookups and a pull-through.
Verizon had good coverage but slow speeds. AT&T had better coverage with excellent speeds (50-70 mbps).

It was fine for an overnight stay. We had power, water, and a dump spot. There are a lot of run down trailers and run down cars on this property.

I stayed here based on reviews...”good overnight for $20.” Not really true for us. The price is now $25, but I would pay the extra to stay anywhere else. Hookups worked fine, but we were parked in the middle of permanent residents that were more than run down. The ducks were getting in all the trash that was left outside trailers! Tried to walk my dog by the pond, but I was approached by a resident that wanted to tell me about how all the wiring on the outside of his trailer was for the cameras so no one would come near his place. He did not make me feel safe. He did tell me the park is under new management and they want to make it 10 times better. Honestly, it wouldn’t take much, but I wouldn’t want that job! Also, it is next to the I10 which was very noisy! The manager Mark was very friendly and helpful; however, his dog barked incessantly.

Was a little Leary due to the pictures that you find on the internet but wife needed a place to stay running from hurricane Ian so we gave it a shot. Turns out that they are trying to clean the park and doing a bunch of upgrades. There is a lot of full time residents but it is quiet and we have had no issues. There really isn’t anything for the kids to do and not really much in area but everything is a short drive away. Hour tops. But in the end we stayed 2 months so wife can be close to family for holidays. Do recommend. We are end considering booking here again next year for the holidays.
Staff very friendly. Great Price. Passing through so only stayed 1 night.
