There's a place for a couple of rv''s to camp by some rocks. It was very windy while we were here with a storm front passing through but would be fun to explore a little if the weather was better.
Would spend a night here again.

We were the only campers around. This spot was amazing. We pulled around the parking area near the boulder with minimal difficulty, 18 ft trailer. The road was a little rough, but doable with small trailer.

Beautiful spot close to the road. Could hear the freeway a bit but not much. Stayed near the boulders. We were here in our 25ft travel trailer and one other car showed up, plenty of room for both of us.

I loved this spot and wish a I could have stayed for a week. It’s in the middle of nowhere so bring all supplies. Great Verizon service. I had a tough time getting in because there was a RV in the rock spot and I went straight. Then The RV left so I backed out and pulled into the spot by the rocks no problem. The road to the left (straight) is sandy and would be ok in a Van but not anything larger. There is really only 1 good spot next to the rocks. It has a little circle turn around. I got my 26’ Class A in there no problem. Nothing bigger should go into this area. So beautiful, quiet and dark.. Dogs ran free! If there was someone in the spot you can try across the highway 40 to the south.

... to Grand Canyon. We never saw more stars and the sunrise 👍
Really quiet and easy to find by night with our 25ft RV. A few fireplaces around.

Besser geht fast nicht :-)

Arrived in the late afternoon to have the place to ourselves! Easy spot to get into; very level. Dirt road is ok and short drive. If you don’t have 4-wheel drive and lifted Airstream trailer, there is only one spot for you in front of boulders. You can see from the road if camper already there. Beyond that spot, deep sandy road.

We stayed here on the way back from the Grand Canyon in mid November. Pretty easy spot to find but only has one really solid spot for a trailer right in front of the boulders. To echo others the road past that point can get pretty sandy and it is easy to get stuck. As for tent campers there is room to share if another trailer is parked already as we had one pull in after we set up for the night and there was plenty of room for both of us.

Note, the roads around this get very sandy as we had to help out a family who got stuck up the road from us. They saw our lights and came over to get help. It ended up taking another larger truck with 4 wheel drive using some traction assistance under their Uhaul wheels to get them unstuck so be careful people!

Very quiet serene place.

On our way through on Route 40. We pulled in after dark and we were the only ones there on a Sunday night. It was easy to find a level spot. Amazing to wake up in a gorgeous desert!

Excellent peaceful spot with 360 views. Easy to find with easy access. Lot of nice hiking/walking. Sunset and STARS spectacular. As someone else mentioned wind really came up during the night.
