Embassy Suites by Hilton Birmingham

Embassy Suites is by far my favorite hotel to stay at when I am traveling. Their employees have always been consistently friendly and helpful while their rooms are comfortable and clean. This was no exception in either of those departments, however, the coffee and the breakfast we received was horrid. The omelet that I ordered was wonderful, but everything else was almost inedible. My three boys (ranging from 12 to 17) only picked at their food and drank juice. We finally just left and went to Starbucks to get coffee before we packed and checked out. I have never had to leave a hotel before just to get coffee. I was sorely disappointed and have never had this kind of experience with any other Embassy Suites.
